Masturbation is a natural habit in both the genders during their life time. Continuous masturbation in men will certainly leads to unwanted curvature of penis. Masturbation once a week is fine but do not make it your habbit.

Yes there is hope - at least the hair fall can be checked. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Consult me for homeopathic treatment. Sir as we all know that for a healthy body we need to sleep near about 6-8 hours But because of study reason of usual I take sleep 5-6 hours at night And if I want to sleep 2 hours in day and it have to take night in day because hole sleep is not completed in night Then please consult me how it is beneficial or harmful for body or mind to proper work Please consult me.

Foods You Must Avoid If You Are Feeling Sick!

You are feeling under the weather, and you wish you could eat something fried or processed right now to feel better. But that may not be the smartest thing to do! Read on to know more about what you should avoid eating when you are sick.

  1. If you are suffering from diarrhea, don’t go anywhere near sweet foods made of artificial sweeteners, since sorbitol (a kind of artificial sweetener) isn’t digestible and can instigate diarrhea. Also, avoid foods that can trigger bloating and gas, such as apples, onion, broccoli, beans and cabbages. Dairy, caffeine and alcohol can also provoke diarrhoea.
  2. Don’t consume dairy products, chocolate, pain medications and iron supplements if you are constipated.
  3. If you are nauseous, don’t eat greasy, oily or spicy foods. Avoid carbonated drinks, caffeine and alcohol as well.
  4. If you are having difficulties in swallowing due to a sore throat, hot fluids are by far the most beneficial. Not only do they help soothe your sore throat, but they're also known to loosen mucus, which may help relieve other symptoms such as congestion and stuffiness, often accompanying a sore throat, so consider eating soup or drinking hot water to alleviate the pain, and scratchy, hard foods such as granola, potato chips and nuts. Acidic juices made from vegetables and fruits, such as grape juice or orange juice, can also aggravate a sore throat.
  5. When your body aches, don’t grab that cup of espresso or that glass of whiskey, since both caffeine and alcohol can dehydrates the body, thereby worsening the pain.
  6. Stay away from artificial sweeteners, aged chesses, MSG (monosodium glutamate which is found in soy sauce), chocolate, red wine and processed meat, if you have a headache. MSG has been linked to blood pressure which can cause headaches.
  7. Dairy products, processed or packaged foods, should be avoided if you have an earache.
  8. If you have an allergy, don’t consume milk, wheat, soy, berries, eggs, tomatoes, fish, nuts, chocolates and nuts. These foods commonly cause itching.
  9. You might have cold, or your nose won’t stop running. A hot broth or hot tea will give you comfort, but you should avoid spicy foods and alcohol. Spicy foods actually aggravate a runny nose.
  10. Flu, sinus or cold infection can inflame and irritate nasal blood vessels, making you feel like your nose is blocked. Avoid sugar and spicy foods if you have a congested nose. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dietitian/Nutritionist.

You are required to include high glycemic food in your diet, like Rice, banana, sapota, peanuts etc and food with with high starch containing eg potato, sweet Potato. Also increase good fat in your diet like Almonds, Walnuts and raisins. You require a carbohydrate rich diet. So increase the serving of chapatti ,rice, potato in your diet.

Hello lybrate user. Try to relax yourself thats the most important thing right. Our brain also get exhausted wheb there is too much of information. Go for morning walk, walk on the grass barefoot and feel the tenderness of grass. You can also do deep breathing exercises. If your brain and body is relaxed then you wil be better able to concentrate. Also divide your learning task in such a way that you do not feel heavy. Make use of flow charts, tables for organiaing your learning materials. I hope this will help.

In today's environment when sun's heat damages your skin more than ever and the pollution plays its part equally there are some of the skin care methods you should know and employ.

While there are tons of products available in the market which claims so high but most of us don't know the use and the particular product types to be used.

Here I am trying to present some common tips that anyand everybody can do and get awesome results.

The few important skin care techniques include following few points.

1) use of least possible cosmetic products and if using them use them judiciously.

2) do these following steps daily procedures if possible twice a day.

A) cleansing: use a good cleansing product to remove day to day dirt and polution from you skin.

B) tonning: use a good toner to massage and tone your skin. Effective employment of this will prevent your skin from early wrinkles and makes it look young for a long time.

C) moisturizing: last but equally important is using a qaulity moisturinzing after these two step. Skin without moisture looks very dull and gets harm very easily.

These steps should not take more than 15 minutes to do and gives a very good results.

In addition one can use a scrub but not more than twice a week to remove the dead skin tissue and which opens up the pores of the skin.

One must wear a sunscreen lotion that contains spf 15 or higher to prevent the sunrays from damaging it whenever going out.

You can also add a multivitamin and multimineral tablet to your daily diet.

Most of the people have a urge to get a fairer skin but in true sense skin with any shed can look nice when maintained with a good care.

Other facts which all know like eating healthy food, least use of oils, drinking good quantity of water are also helpful in maintaining a good healthy body.

I am 48 years old male and a diabetic patient for 5 years. My glucose level increased rapidly to 295mgs (pp) and now hba1c is 10.3%. I use to take brandy 180ml on alternative days. My doctor advised to take glycinorm m 40mg - (morning & night) and istamet 50/500mg in the afternoon. Will it be advisable? shall I continue? would there be any side effects for this medicine? kindly advice.

Respected sir your glycemic levels are high and you need to follow strict diabetic diet and avoid alcohol you need to follow your prescription for the time being and follow up closely on your glucose levels the drugs prescribed are safe if renal parameters are normal and you take diet as advised regards.

If you have cervical than you should do neck and shoulder stretching daily and mind your way of sleeping and doing your daily chores. To reduce lower abdomen do planks and pushups.

Apply aloe vera daily in morning on your face rub it for 1-2 mins and then leave it for 10 mins. It will start giving your skin-glow, reduces pimples blackheads as well as its marks too, and make it soft and moist. This is natural way, rather than using creams. Take sulphur 200 1 dose for it. Still if fever do not subside in 2 hours, please let me know. This will also reduce your pimples. Take care.

If a physically very weak person do exercise regularly. Then is there any bad effect to her body ? I have listen that , if a physically weak person do hard exercise regularly, then their blood level will be diminished.

Dear lybrate-user you are totally wrong. Always exercise should be done till you get sweat under arms. At this stage you have to stop exercise. You regularly do pranayama meditation and exercise take leafy vegetables sprouts and seasonal fruits. Maintain diet timings. You can take ashwagandha powder for general strength twice a day with milk. Review after one month.
