Hi You should not be worried, these cysts are very small, and during cycles, they disappear. Also endometrial thickness is ok. You need to get investigated before start of treatment. But as you are 31, you should do it as soon as possible.

Hi, sexuality will be pleasurable and cherishing if enjoyed at right time and with right partner. Don't just engage in sex, try to concentrate on life and lead a loyal and healthy life. Have a goal. Be loyal to your partner. If this is done then there will be no fear of diseases. Try to calm down yet times with practice of masturbation.

MBBS, MD Psychiatry, DNB Psychiatry

Usually couples avoid sex during periods for purpose of hygiene but if your partner is comfortable having it then you may use a barrier like condom during intercourse. Also clean up using antiseptic lotions if you have traces of bleed on your private parts so as to avoid infections.

After reaching a certain age, a woman? s ovaries stop making eggs and there is less production of hormones like estrogen and progesterone that regulate menstruation and fertility. Gradually, menstrual cycles become irregular and eventually stop. Menopause is confirmed when a woman has no period for 12 consecutive months. This process normally happens between ages 45 and 55 at times, menopause can be triggered by medical procedures, such as a hysterectomy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, or primary ovarian insufficiency condition. While going through menopause, fluctuating levels of estrogen and progesterone can cause symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, tired feet, insomnia, depression, vaginal dryness, bladder problems, thinning hair, dry skin, breast pain, mood swings and memory problems. Most women do not need treatment for menopausal symptoms because they go away by themselves. However, if you are bothered by the symptoms, there are many natural ways to deal with them. Ways to beat menopause symptoms. Flaxseed ground flaxseed is considered a good remedy for menopause symptoms like hot flashes. Flaxseed has omega-3 fatty acids and lignans, which act as phytoestrogens apple cider vinegar apple cider vinegar is a popular folk remedy to beat menopause symptoms. Pains and Aches that Women Face

MSPT (Master of Physical Therapy), BPT
Physiotherapist, Gurgaon
Play video

Hello everyone, I am Dr Kirti Yadav, senior physiotherapist at Med herbal family clinic, Gurgaon. So, today we will talk about a very common problem which women faces in day-to-day life, pains and aches.

Normally, I have a lot of women who comes in an early age, in late age, every age. They talk about pains and aches. Basically they have pain in knee joints, back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and because of the computer, nowadays, computer professionals also they have lot of pain and aches in and around the joints. The sitting job is a basic problem.
Now when we talk about women’s health, we ignore a lot of things. These are the different kinds of pain, dull aching kinds of pain. Everywhere in the joint, you are not being able to diagnose what kind of pain it is. It is not a nerve pain also. These are the symptoms of the problem which is known as low- vitamin level; and osteoporosis in later stages, after menopause. Now I want to enlighten these two things, vitamin d and osteoporosis. What we women do? Whenever we want to be fit, we give birth to kids. That is a very big thing and after that we do not take care of ourselves. When we talk about this vitamin D, you should be very careful with this vitamin as in you should have a check after pregnancy and after 40, you should have a check on vitamin-D.
When we talk about osteoporosis, it is basically after menopause the bones get weaken up.

What we do for fitness?

Nothing. We want to lose weight; we go to the gym. we want to gain weight; we go to gym.

Do we do weight exercises? Do we do strengthening exercises?

No, we don’t do that. So my main message today for women health is that these two things vitamin d and osteoporosis can be very well managed with a good exercise program. That includes weight exercises, strengthening exercises, theratube exercises, these are the two things which helps in developing the muscle strength and musculature which really helps in reliving all kinds of pains and aches in your body.
Now there are lot of myth. The biggest myth is a lot of women come and tell me if we do weight we will have bulky muscles, we will have bulky arms. No, we will not. We do not have testosterone as a hormone inside us that develops a muscle. So, that will only help in your bone strength and muscle strength and that is the only thing which helps you in getting rid of this. Pains and aches of daily lives. So please take this message very seriously, All the women who are in the age of 20-30, 30-40, 40-50 don’t think you are old so you can’t do weight exercises. You can do that. So, go to a professional., tell them about that you want to do strengthening exercises and do this program and make this as a habit.

If anything more about this topic, you want to know, you can consult me, you can have online consultation, you can have video chat, you can have audio chat with me through lybrate.

Thank you.

Hye. Thankyou for your query. Although laziness is common and a natural part of life, it has the potential to completely consume us. Laziness causes me you to feel trapped. No matter what  you do, you cannot seem to shake it off. You feel tired, you fall asleep constantly during the day, you sit around a lot and feel unable to be active, you avoid doing anything productive, and put on hold things that you want to accomplish. There are two kinds of laziness. First, there’s the kind where you have been working your head off for weeks and finally after all your hard work all you want to do is be lazy and do nothing. But then there’s the kind of laziness where you struggle to find motivation. Every time you think of something you would like to do or achieve, you cannot find the energy or drive to work toward it. This is the kind of laziness that is quite common. Being lazy is actually quite draining and depressing. Even the simplest task seems like a challenge. Here are some effective ways to overcome laziness. 1. Focus on just a few things at a time. We often create a big list of things that we want to do and achieve. Focusing on two or three things at a time will allow you to feel less overwhelmed. Instead, you will feel motivated, as your goals will now seem so much more achievable. People feel motivated when they feel they have a good chance of success. When success seems like it is just around the corner, suddenly you  get an amazing rush of energy where you feel liberated and excited to achieve bigger things. Set yourself two or three easy to achieve goals at a time, and you will notice that you will naturally gain inspiration and motivation. 2. Exercise. Exercise is the simplest way to overcome laziness. A lot of the time, we are lazy because completing a task seems too difficult. With exercising, you don’t have to figure anything out. You just have to make that one big decision to literally start moving your body (jump up and down, go for a run, or start doing lunges in your living room). You will find that you will become more willing to think about complicated things, such as working on a project or doing something that you have been avoiding. Exercise will help you break through that barrier of inertia and will help you feel motivated and more willing to put in effort. 3. Allow yourself time to relax and do the things you enjoy. Often you become lazy because a task seems too difficult. By relaxing and doing the things we enjoy, we allow ourselves to feel satisfied. When we are satisfied, we are more willing to take on bigger tasks and achieve bigger things. By relaxing and enjoying yourself, you also allow yourself to think about things, reflect, and feel inspired.
