Most doctors and fertility experts agree that having sex multiple times during ovulation and just prior to ovulation will increase a couple’s chances of becoming pregnant. Each time you have sex during your fertile window is a better chance that you will become pregnant during that month. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise (sometimes this is not a good idea for men with known sperm issues), having more sex during ovulation is usually a good idea. The time when you are ovulating is the best possible chance to conceive, but keep in mind that everything has to be just right in order to actually get pregnant. A lot of times the sperm and the egg meet and the beginnings of an embryo will start, but implantation never occurs and you would have a normal period and no pregnancy. And there are a significant number of "pregnancies" that implant and then spontaneously miscarry long before you would know you were pregnant and you'd have a normal period.Also keep in mind that sperm can live in the vagina for approx 3-7 days, so it is possible to get pregnant from sex either a few days before or a few days after ovulation.

I am 27 years old. Last month I had cl cyst in my left ovary. Doctor prescribed me regestrone for 3 days. My period came n 7 th april. I trying to conceive. Me and my husband had sex every day till may 1 st. And my period is not yet come. I have symptoms like fatigue, hungry, bloating, cramping. Say if I am pregnant or not. And I had two pregnancy tests. If your menstrual cycles are regular better go for ultra sound scan. Other wise check urine pregnancy test 3 days later. We have an excellent medicines in homoeopathy to cure ovarian cysts permanently. May I know the size of cyst?

5 Ways to Overcome Feelings of Neediness

Man is different from the other species in that we are social beings. One of the main differentiators is our constant need to 'connect' with our fellow beings. Be it family or friends or society at large, we constantly need to be connected to our near and dear ones and want attention, affection, and assurance.

We need to respect this basic desire and appreciate that there is nothing wrong in feeling needed. Problems arise when this feeling to be needed gets excessive. There is a significant constant demand from the needy person, especially from those who are close to them.

Some cases where neediness is demonstrated are in new relationships. In the beginning, there is a great urge to please and therefore a greater focus on interacting with them. There is a fear of losing attention, there is insatiable excessive demand for attention - be it pleas, accusations, or demands - so as to not feel abandoned and deserted. Neediness is also quite evident in people with depression. Again, an attempt to not be abandoned by their near and dear ones.

By making a conscious effort, the neediness can be reduced, thereby making the relationships smoother and less painful to both the parties involved. As the saying goes - 'acknowledging the problem is half the problem solved'. Needy people should realize or accept if told that there is an issue and make a conscious effort to work on reducing neediness.

1. Divert attention - As simple as it might sound, it is equally effective. Indulge in whatever interests you - exercise, meditation, dance, sing, etc. The idea is to divert attention so that the urge to feel needy and act on that instinct is reduced. This reduces the fear of being lonely and works magic. The busier you get, the less bored you are. As they say, be alone but not lonely.

2. Clarity in communication - One of the intricacies of neediness is making unclear demands. Sadly, quite often, the person does not know what he wants, and so are the demands or requests which are equally unclear. Once you are aware that your neediness is making you do this, make an effort to clearly communicate what you actually want. This reduces the stress on both the parties involved and leads to a happier engagement.

3. Clarity in relationships - Take a step back and see if your neediness is affecting any major relationships. If yes, revisit and clarify. Make an attempt and reestablish the relationships. If it is your truly near and dear ones, they will be very forthcoming and understanding.

4. Move on - In cases where your neediness has affected another person, be wise to accept their wishes and not be more 'needy' or clingy. This acceptance will make way for a lot of healthier relationships as you learn to deal with accepting your issues.

5. Socialize - Use your hobbies to make more friends and socialize more. Having more people to interact with reduces your need to be accepted by the same people. You have more people to rely on and might make more friends for keeps.

These are some simple ways to reduce neediness on others, but as mentioned, the first step is to accept and then work on ways to reduce it.

Hello, Oligomenorrhoea or getting infrequent/ decreased flow during the menses is due to any underlying nutritional deficiency/ ies, stress, if it's attended with irregular menses - may be because of PCOS or some other problem. Hello, she can delay her menses by taking progesterone pills from day 22 of her cycle till as long as she wishes to postpone it. The common side effect is irregular next 1-2 menstrual cycles.

When a person is aroused there are a host of hormonal changes within the person's body. These changes do manifest on the surface in the form of certain physical variations. Sexual stimulation happens to alter the state of human genitalia and that too in obvious ways. The blood flow to the concerned area increases, there is enough of natural lubrication in and around the organ and for women, the vagina loosens up and the clitoris swells. Intercourse followed by a climactic release will make the clitoris regain its original size. However, worries crop up when that is not the case with every single female. This serious medical condition of a swollen clitoris should never be overlooked; it must be treated by seeking experienced medical assistance.  

  1. Trauma: Any slight scratch or one wrong touch can cause a swollen clitoris. Even a scratch of your fingernail while you are masturbating or a rough sexual intercourse can and is enough to create trauma in your clitoris.
  2. Hair: Hair grows normally around your genital area. It is very common for a woman to have pubic hair. But sometimes small hair splinters lead to trouble and hair gets stuck into your clitoris and causes swelling. This is a very annoying process, sometimes you may have to use a magnifying glass to remove the hair from your clitoris.
  3. Clothing: Sometimes your tight clothes can result in a swollen clitoris. The friction from your rough clothing material can cause your clitoris to swell. Sometimes you may be using a detergent that is not suitable for you or you may be wearing a dress material, which you're allergic to. You should always wash your clothes in plain water and dry it before using.
  4. Infection: You may also have some bacterial and fungal infection in your clitoris, which can cause a swollen clitoris. This infection can also invite itchiness and redness and these can make it even worse. If it doesn't subside within some days then you should definitely see a doctor.
  5. Cysts: Small cysts known as Bartholomew's cysts can grow on the clitoris. This thing hampers the natural lubrication of the body.  If you are having clitoris swelling because of cysts then you should seek medical attention immediately.

Your clitoris is naturally sensitive and if you are having a swollen clitoris after intercourse then you should pull back from sexual intercourse for a few days. PARTNER MAY TAKE CONTRACEPTIVE PILL. OR SEX MAY BE HAD SUCH A TIME WHEN PREGNANCY CHANCES ARE BECOME NIL. The time of ovulation for every woman is different. It is commonly offered that ovulation occurs around the 2 week mark after the end of a woman’s last menstrual cycle but it can happen on many different days. The more accurate way to calculate ovulation on a calendar would be between the 12th and 16th day before your next menstrual cycle is set to begin. These calculations are based upon a woman who experiences regular menstrual cycles between 28 and 32 days apart.

Hello- Firstly you can't get pregnant during breast feed stage, body provides natural contraception for an year after delivery. Secondly wait for three months, let the wound heal properly and thn go for sex, no issue.
