The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Pros: 1. It makes you feel fresh for at least an hour or two of drinking tea. 2. It is a great way to socialise with people. 3. It help you to concentrate sometimes when your mind is running wayward. Cons: 2. You may become psychologically and physically dependent on it. Many times, you experience headache or low energy if you don't have tea for a whole day. 3. If you take sugar with tea, it adds on extra empty calories everytime you have tea.

There are not such hard and fast rules for drinking by water it is not advise s d with food because it dilutes the digestive juices secreted in the stomach for digestion if you can't manage without it you can take a little water and it definitely doesn't add fat to your body

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. Drinking daily will affect liver in long run. Liver cirrhosis might lead to complications in future. So daily drinking is not advised. If not possible to stop, wine be preferred but not more than 60 ml per day.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Trying to get chubby cheeks does not mean piling up fat on your face. You can achieve it by toning your facial skin. Also, a good balanced diet is crucial to healthy looking skin. A few natural techniques, exercises and home remedies can give your cheeks a plumper and chubby look. 1. Facial yoga is the best way to get chubby cheeks and tone sagging skin.  Place both forefingers in line with the flare of your nostrils just under the apex of your cheekbones. Make small, firm outward circles in the cheek depression for 1 to 2 minutes. Next, place both forefingers on either side of your nose on the smile furrows, about ½ inch from the outer corners of your lips. Do small, outward circles with your fingertips for 1 to 2 minutes. Finally, place both forefingers on the hinges of your jaw. Make small, firm upward circles in this depression for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat this complete facial yoga routine a few times a day. You can also do facial exercises such as cheek presses and cheek lifts to tone your cheek muscles. 2. You can also blow balloons to work out your cheek muscles. You can even perform this exercise by blowing into imaginary balloons. 3. Olive Oil, shea butter and ghee works as the perfect moisturizer for dry skin and ensures soft skin. It also helps prevent wrinkles, tightens skin and makes cheeks look younger. 4. Fenugreek can also help you get chubby yet firm cheeks. Apply methi powder paste as a mask for 10 minutes a day. 5. What is the best diet you think? There is no best diet, okay? The best diet is in which you can sustain for a longer period, right? Talk about intermittent fasting, ketogenic diet, Atkins diet, or Paleo diet, or anything you want. Like, if you can’t stick to a diet, you really can’t lose weight, or gain weight. The most important thing when you are dieting is to stick to a diet for at least four weeks, okay? The best way to lose fat is do some intermittent fasting.

What is intermittent fasting? Like, intermittent fasting is a protocol through which we can lose weight, or I would rather say fat, which includes fasting for at least 12 hours…at least 12 hours to 20 hours, and you can eat your meals within one sitting, and complete your calories. That is the best way to lose fat. Apart from that, keep your protein intake high. Lower your carb intake, and moderate your fat intake. Remember, fat is the most important thing when you’re trying to lose fat. If you’re not eating fat, you might have some hormonal issues in the future.

So guys, remember, intermittent fasting, and the diet which you can sustain for a longer period is the best way to lose fat. Dear Lybrate User, Right now you are in growing age.. At this age body spends more energy in vertical growth hence you may be a bit thin. It does not mean you are weak. Never say that you are weak physically or mentally. Always believe that you are strong. You can do exercises like pushups, running, games etc regularly and build your strength. Aim to be fit and strong. Don't look for bulk. Don't compare with others. Eat healthy food. Cheese, Paneer, Dals, Almonds, Peanuts Have lots of fruits and vegetables. Don't skip meals. Avoid junk food... avoid Colas. Stay fit Stay positive.

Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. So, first try to improve your diet before you decide to start any supplement.

It is best to withhold temporarily from the affected breast as it will be painful . Express the milk though to prevent congestion. You can use a nipple shield and apply lanolin based ointment like boroline to allow it to heal

To build some serious mass, Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
