Dark spots can be due to itching but basic problem is your facial skin allergy problem which leads to itching on your face------------------ A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1.Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2.Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3.Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. Dengue Fever is Caused due to the bite of an infected female aedes aegypti mosquito, the disease can be fatal if Dengue Hemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome developed Once bitten it takes about 3-10 days for the symptoms to appear. The most common symptoms are – 1.High fever 2.Severe Headache 3.Pain behind the eyes 4.Nausea and vomiting 5.Swollen lymph node 6.Muscle and Joint Pain 7.Exhaustion 8.Skin rash Following tips for Prevention of Dengue fever : 1. Turn over empty pails and buckets, so that they do not collect excess water. If the container that contains water cannot be emptied, remember to cover it well when not in use. 2: Remember to clean out empty flower pots and not to over water potted plants. It is advised to not have any stagnant water around as it acts as breeding ground for the mosquitoes. 3: Apply mosquito repellents on all exposed areas, during the day as well as at night on a regular basis to prevent dengue. 4: Make sure your window and door screens do not have any holes. If so, block those areas properly to eliminate mosquitoes. 5: If someone at home is ill with dengue, try to not let the mosquitoes bite them or others in the house. 6: sleep under a mosquito net (especially small children as they sleep during the day and hence, the chance of mosquito bite is high during this time). 7: If you use a cooler remember to empty out and clean the water tray regularly, even when not in use. 8: Always cover your dustbin when not in use. 9: A natural method to keep mosquitoes at bay is to plant Tulsi near your window. The plant has properties that do not allow mosquitoes to breed. 10: Using camphor as a repellent also works wonders. Light camphor in a room and close all the doors and windows. Leave it this way for about fifteen to twenty minutes to have a mosquito free environment

Hi lybrate-user, Men who suffer from PE often feel frustrated, guilty, embarrassed, and may also feel uncertain about his manhood. This dreadful condition usually results in tense relationships between the partners. Hence, it is very much important to address the problem of PE as soon as they are noticed, otherwise they will get worse over the time and ruin your entire life. Fortunately, there exist a number of natural herbs and home remedies that can help you in getting rid of the PE disorder without any kind of side effects. Now, here are some of the most effective herbs and natural home remedies for the problem of premature ejaculation. Home Remedies to Prevent Premature Ejaculation: 1. Boil 1 glass of milk and then add 1-inch cube of ginger and 1 tsp of honey in it. Sieve the milk mixture and then have it on daily basis. 2. Eat two to three cloves of raw garlic every day. 3. Add 1 spoon of green onion seed in glass of water. Now, stir it thoroughly and sip the mixture before every meal. 4. White onions can strengthen the reproductive organs considerably and so eating them on a regular basis is found to be extremely beneficial in controlling the premature ejaculation. 5. Boil 1 cup of milk and add 15 gm of asparagus root in it. For best results, drink this mixture two times a day on regular basis. 6. Prepare a mixture by adding half boiled egg and 1 tablespoon of honey into 150 grams of finely chopped fresh carrots. Take this mixture one time a day for two to three months. 7. Include natural aphrodisiacs such as celery, banana, carrot, and fennel in your daily diet. 8. Saffron is a powerful herb that can increase sex drive and even stimulate the sexual performance, and so add saffron in your regular diet as much as possible. 9. Drinking almond milk is a great home remedy for PE. To prepare this almond milk, soak around ten almonds overnight in water. Later in the morning, peel off the skin and put them in a blender. Along with the almonds, add one cup of cow’s milk (hot), one pinch of ginger, one pinch of cardamom and a pinch of saffron in the blender. Now, just blend them nicely and have this almond milk every morning. 10. Exercise and physical activities that help in relieving stress or tension must be done on a regular basis. 11. Performing yoga asanas like the Fish pose, Bow pose, Camel pose, Elevated Lotus, and Vajrasana is proved to be extremely beneficial in curing the problem of premature ejaculation. 12. Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking can also lead to premature ejaculation. Therefore, it is highly recommended to stop using alcohol and cigarettes, as soon as you see the signs of PE. 13. Take three different herbs, Ashwagandha, Vidari, and Bala in equal amounts, and mix them thoroughly. Regularly take 1/2 tsp of this herbal formula along with goat’s milk (warm) two times a day. You can also take the herbal mixture with cow’s milk, but it will be less effective. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

I am getting a type of red colour in my stool from few months , as doctor said , I have done colonoscopy and endoscopy and the reports were all clear. No problem is detected. Stool test 3 times also reported no blood but one time it showed blood in stool. I am confused. What to do now ? please help.

Just do nothing but change of little habits of urs like 1) drink plenty of water 2) don't eat oily and fried food 3)don't go ahead eating with red meat like mutton 4)avoid have pomegranate, banana 5) have syp cremaffin 30 ml at bedtime

Hi here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hello, 1.You can Apply Volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for LEG PAIN 1. generalized weakness 2. Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Sugar - 5 Reasons to Avoid It

Simple sugar is also known as monosaccharide, is the basic unit of carbohydrates. The simplest forms of sugar are usually colourless and crystalline and exist in forms of glucose, fructose and galactose. Simple sugar is deemed to be a major concern according to all health nutritionists.

Here are five reasons why you should avoid them:

  1. Sugar is the biggest cause of obesity: Sugar present in all kinds of junk food is considered to be the biggest cause of obesity as fructose easily converts into fat inside your body. Consuming too much sugar can put too much pressure on your liver as it is responsible for converting fructose into fat. Large amounts of sugar are directly converted into fat, thus, putting you at a very high risk of becoming obese.
  2. Increases risks of contracting heart diseases: Consuming too much sugar throughout the day causes a hike in your insulin levels which can further affect your nervous system. An excess of sugar in your blood stream also causes your blood pressure to rise which makes you more likely to get a heart stroke. Thus, to avoid cardiac problems at a young age, you must cut down your sugar intake.
  3. Weakens immune system: Sugar is a major reason for inflammation which affects the central immune system adversely. With an excess intake of sugar, the body becomes less effective in dealing with infection and common cold because phagocytes (white blood cells) cannot do their job properly of engulfing dangerous bacteria. Thus, you should aim at boosting your immune system by cutting down on sugar completely.
  4. Sugar can make you age faster: The sugar content in your body creates molecules known as AGEs (Advanced glycation end products) which attack the fibres in elastin and collagen (the building blocks of the cells on your skin). A study also proved that consuming too much sugar can result in acne as the collagen in your skin weakens. Thus, to maintain youthful looking skin for longer, you should remove sugar from your diet completely.
  5. Sugar can be addictive: Most people who consume too much sugar get addicted to it. According to a study, the addiction to sugar is very similar to addiction to tobacco and drugs. You might start craving sugar and depending on it to change your mood more often than required. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.
