I as a medical proffessional not only deal with physiotherapy conditions but also attend and treat with expertise in the field of fitness, aerobics, pilates , diet and nutrition to improve the lifestyle of people by making them more healthy, independent and fit for life. I am still in search of more knowledge and ideas that will help me reach out to more people globally.

Hello lybrate-user, you cannot avoid the standing, so everyday in morning do stretching exercise for whole spine, legs.Maintain posture and whenever you get time rest and sit down for atleast 3 minutes in-between.

Hello lybrate-user, it might be generalised fatigueness that you are suffering from. Start walking for twice in a day, meditation and yoga will help. Exercises like running, jogging, or simply aerobic dance can help improve your condition.

My right foot and ankle are swollen and painful. I find it difficult to get down and climb up the stairs. When I elevate my feet on 2 pillows, the swelling goes dow. Also my toes are numb and I keep on getting catches on my feet and legs when I am sleeping.

Hello G, it might be due to sodium and potassium deficiency, dehydration also causes such conditions. Start doing active ankle toe movement with leg elevated and placed on two pillows.

Hello lybrate-user, place a pillow under the low back and lie on it for 10 minutes. Do trunk rotation exercises and apply hot pack. Visit a physiotherapist for a continued session of 7 days.

Hello lybrate-user, nowadays because of the corporate working style people more of middle aged people are getting such issues. I t is always advisable not to neglect these symptoms and start leading a healthy life. Exercises works wonder. If possible start a physiotherapy session for atleast 10 days and see results.
