Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

My wife is having water cyst in left side of ovary since 1 year and she is having pain. It is about 25.25 mm in size and doctor has given oval tablets but no difference. Please advice?

You should take more of protein rich foods like pulses, egg meat etc or you may take purchase protein supplement from market.

posture correction must. do hot fermentation avoid strain full activity. avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight. do stretching exercise . if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days

You should try some relaxation technique like shavaasan, yognidra or jpmr. Bhastrika and bhramari pranayam will also help you to getting out stress.

Hello it's tough to promise for increasing the height in 22 years but you can try with pull ups, tadasan, paschimotan asan and sheerpak of shatawari powder.

Hi thanks for writing. According to your height your weight should be 65 kg you have to loss 13 kg weight only. Do not worry its not a big target you can easily loose this 13 kg weight. You have to remember one thing avoid dieting for weight, cause dieting will help you loose some weight but after some period you will put on double weight. Tips for weight loss. 1.
