I am present having heavyweight. Which is more than common weight of my age related. So what I do to decrease my weight. And I have eyes related problem like dropping water from my eyes with out my permission.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. Hello, lybrate-user, you need to gain much more weight. You are under weight and the proof of it is as you have mentioned you don't have enough muscle mass. Once you gain muscle you will automatically loose excess fat. Consume high protein yet nutritious and balanced diet, have 8 hrs. Of sound sleep, avail small amount frequent feed and continue regular physical exercise.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You have mentioned persistent back pains since 10 years which is a long time. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Gaining weight in a healthy way is not ROCKET science. It just takes knowing a little bit about muscle physiology and exercise science. If you are not gaining weight than do not look much further for the answer. It is really not that complicated and really only breaks down to one or two or all of the following: 1. You do not maintain energy balance (Energy In vs. Energy Out). 2. You do not eat the right foods at the right times (poor food combinations). 3. You do not give your muscles enough stimulus (or reason) to grow. ENERGY BALANCE Here is the easiest way to understand energy balance: Energy Balance = Energy Intake – Energy Expenditure The balance of intake versus outtake is a critical starting point in weight gain or loss. If you have a SURPLUS of calories (positive energy balance) where the intake EXCEEDS the expenditure, you gain weight. If you have a DEFICIT of calories (negative energy balance) where the intake is LESS than expenditure, you lose weight. Simple enough. Now remember that a surplus of calories is ONLY one component of gaining weight! Three thousand calories of junk and empty calories is COMPLETELY different from 3000 calories of high quality carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Anybody who does not understand this does not understand the theory that a calorie is not a calorie. (You can determine your daily calorie intake using a good online calorie calculator or you can ask your general physician.) NUTRITION So in order to gain healthy muscle mass you need to provide your body with the essential nutrients it needs to promote new muscle growth. A healthy diet for most people is one that includes 5-7 portions of vegetables and fruits a day (a good balance is 3-4 vegetables and 2-3 fruits, 2-3 portions of whole grains such as whole grain barley, brown rice, and oats, and 2-3 portions of lean protein such as skinless chicken, low-fat plain yogurt, lentils, or eggs. Your diet should also include regular amounts of fish oils, nuts and seeds, plant oils, herbs, and spices. Remember, no one food can make you healthy on its own—aim instead for a varied and balanced diet. This means trying to include many of the seasonal fruits, vegetables and other foods into your diet on a regular basis, and varying your choices daily. Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour.
