Burning in vagina is due to infection, so first treat that by drinking lots of water and maintaining​ good personal hygiene. You may need few Medicines too to get free from burning. Hi Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee.junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Hi initially you should have diet control specially oily food and baked items. As you r practising yoga continue it without fail. Then take following medications1) chithrakagranthyadi kasayam 30ml with 60ml lukewarm water twice daily 6: 30am &pm before food 2) shaddaranam tablet 1twice daily before food3) vyoshadi guggulu 2tab 2times after food4) ovarin capsule 2 capsule thrice daily after food 5) kanchanara guggulu 2tablet 2times with kasayam before food 6) weekly once do mild purgation with sukumara erandam 4teaspoon with half glass hot water at 9: 30am.

To maintain the skin health and reduce the dry skin condition, follow this - 1.Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. 2.Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. 3.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. 5.You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

I .Meal Planning

  • Eat smaller , more frequent meals
  • Control carbs
  • Ensure variety in diet - whole grain foods, fruits and vegetables daily
  • Limit fats - 3-4 tsp/day
  • Seasoning tips - use salt sparingly, avoid adding sugars.

II.Practical tips to make you meals healthier

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables- Except for few fruits like banana, mango, chickoo, jackfruit and grapes, and vegetables like potatoes,sweet potatoes , yam . ,both fruits and veggies are cornerstone of diabetes,- gives you vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Eat more whole grains- brown rice, ragi, bajra , jowar,wheat
Use healthy fats and oils- Choose- MUFA's - olive oil, canola oil , less often use PUFA- corn , sesame and safflower oil. Minimise SFA- high fat meat , dairy, coconut,
Choose heart healthy proteins- beans, peas and dals (good source of protein and fibre), Eat fish and shell fish 2-3times/weel, choose skinless, white chicken, nuts in moderation ( almonds , walnuts)
Select low fat dairy products- skim milk and its products like curd, paneer and low fat cheese

III.Healthy breakfast choices

  • An egg white omelette with a bran paratha and fruit wedges
  • Oats with low fat milk and spirinkling nuts and fruits
  • Dalia and veggies upma with a bowl of fresh fruits
  • Oats dosa with mint chutney and orange segments
  • Ragi porridge with milk/buttermilk and a whole fresh fruits.

Actually mujhe sexual problem hai ki mein kisi k sath intimate hota hu mera penis thora thora bara hota hai. Or utna hard nahi hota ki sex kar saku. Pata nahi kyun aisa hota hai. Lekin masterbation k doran wo thik se hota hai. Mujhe thyriod k bimari hai. To mere doctor ko mene ye problm k bare mein bataya tha to unhone bola ki less testosterone ka prblm ho sakta hai. An average person experiences two fractures during his or her lifetime and same holds true for joint related injuries. The severity of this condition depends on a number of factors, ranging from the forces responsible for injury and location to the damage done to the nearby tissues and bones.

How age plays a role in your chances of getting a fracture?

Your risk and severity of developing a fracture, depends, to a certain extent on your age.

A very common occurrence during childhood is crippling joint related injuries, the fractures that you tend to have during this time are generally less complex than the broken bone instances that you stand to experience when you enter adulthood.

With time, your bones become fragile and you become prone to broken bones sustained from falls, which you wouldn't when you were young. Furthermore, as you step into your 50th year, you can get struck by the bone condition osteoporosis, a leading cause of bone fractures during this time. For women, menopause makes them more susceptible to osteoporosis (as infrequent periods and hormonal changes at this time lead to loss of bone mass) and subsequently broken bones.

Preventing crippling joint injuries need many steps in younger generation known as prehab especially for sporting population and adult population involved in day to day activities requiring your body getting subjected to physical stress.

Simple steps to get your joints back to normal in case you do get into injuries.

  • Having a calcium and vitamin d rich diet to strengthen bones
  • Exercising to strengthen bone and muscle health as well as your balance
