Common causes of kidney stones urinary tract infection (uti)? overdoses of vitamin d? mineral imbalance? kidney disease? dehydration? gout? diet home remedies- basil leaves (tulsi) are good for the overall health of kidney. Mix 1 teaspoon of juice from basil leaves with 1 teaspoon of honey and have it daily in the morning. You can also chew two to three basil leaves in order to remove the stones from the urinary tract. The water and potassium content that is present in watermelon is an essential ingredient for a healthy kidney. It helps in regulating and maintaining the level of acid present in the urine. Eating watermelon or drinking its juice everyday will help in flushing out stones from the kidney. Drinking plenty of water daily will produce clear urine each time you urinate. This will eventually help the kidney stones to pass. A proper diet is essential in keeping the kidney healthy and prevent formation of kidney stones. Drinking plenty of water and other fluids or liquids daily will help prevent most types of kidney stones. Consuming too much of calcium rich foods such as spinach, beet, cauliflower, carrots, almonds, sweet breads, coconut, turnip, bengal gram, peas, whole-wheat flour and organ meats like liver and kidney can lead to kidney stones. One should also know to choose a diet that is low in salt and animal proteins. Keep away from condiments such as pickle, alcohol drinks, sauce, cucumber, radish, tomato, asparagus, onion, cabbage, meat and gravies as well as carbonated water. Medicines ayurvedic tab-calcury neeri syrup and chandraprabha vati for treatment consult privately any queries inform me.

Most people urinate between six and eight times a day. But if you're drinking plenty, it's not abnormal to go as many as 10 times a day.excess urination could be due to urinary tract infection or obstruction.

Dear In your age, there is natural aggravation of pitta dosha (excessive heat, fire)in the body, which may lead to excessive sweating, acne/pimples, motion constipation, anxiety, headache and even hair fall, that pitta dosh is also affecting your excretory system that's why you are facing darkness in urine and certain infection like burning or itching senbsation while urinating. As your weight is very heavy according to your height, it's also increasing your problem like accumulated and stored fat always affects our unexposed parts of the body, with bacterial infections and blocked pores .you must continue your treatment for urine infection, moreover, try to decrease your body weight, because this is disturbing your metabolism, in which every system of the body comes under. Do some exercises, which would excrete out and would surely flush out toxins from your body. And don't drink too much of cold freezed food or water, take light meal at regular intervals, and try to take plenty of fluids and citrus fruits like orange, sweet lime, kiwi etc. Do deep breathing exercises or anuloma- vilom in morning and in evening to reduce stress level. You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones.
