Hi, Are you on anti TB treatment for lymph node TB? If yes then it will take time to complete resolution of pus, till then need to daily clean and dress the wound.

Take treatment for allergic bronchitis as it could be cough varient asthma, as you have dust mite allergy, so get your checkup done by pulmonologist.
