At the first place stop eating junk. Include lots of fiber in your diet like vegetables and fruits. Drink adequate amount of water and follow small meal pattern i.E don't leave more than 2- 3 hours of gaps between meal Exercise for an hour is a must and should to loose weight and to be healthy With best of health Dr hegde

Hi doctor I have been suffering from diabetes for the last six years but despite it I keep fast in the month of Ramadan (Ramzan. 1 week ago I felt low back pain that was unaffordable. My doctor suggested me to not to keep fast and said keeping stomach empty for diabetes patients may cause of increase of sugar level. I just want to know can I keep fast or not.

Dear lybrate-user, best wishes for the holy month of ramadan! you are very young and your diabetes should not be a problem for observing fast, in ramadan this year days are very long and hence dose of medicines need to be adjusted so well that you should not experience low sugar. Hello, pimples are the out come of stress, anxiety, insomnia, causing due to irregular life style. - tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins, regulate metabolism and to moisten your skin & muscle. - tk, protein rich diet on time. - go for meditation, yoga to nourish your cells, tissues including facial muscle to glow. - tk, apples, carrots, cheese, banana, papaya, spinach, almonds, walnuts, pumpkins, regularly. - maintain personal hygiene, locally. Tk, homoeo medicines which are gentle, rapid in action with no adverse effect, thereof. @ berb acquaq -10 drops, thrice a day with little water, orally. @ echineceaq - 20'drops, with 20 drops of water, apply locally, twice. Hello lybrate-user. 1st main thing for gaining weight, improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body. So walk regularly for good metabolism. U have two small kids so already you do not have time for yourself. But whenever you feel you feel then do light walk for good metabolism. Drink warm milk with honey before sleeping. Take high protein diet. Include nuts in your diet. Its best source for gaining weight. Always rest after taking food. Take aayurvedic chitrakadi bati tablet after meal. Tetanus is a disease caused by clostridium tetani bacteria which enters through any wound in the body and after three weeks causes neurogenic symptoms to occur and TT injection immunity remains for six months and while working wear a mask if there is any exposure to chemicals, wear hand and foot gloves to protect direct exposure to skin etc

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hello lybrate-user, To give you the best for you, I need to know your height and weight along with your age. This because everyone's body requirement is different as genetic setup in different. Still I can give you a broad idea. Small and frequent meals (feed your body with something less fatty in every 2 to 3 hrs). Cut down on carbohydrates and fats (especially fats from peanuts, red meat, butter and pastries). Keep your body hydrated. Have lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. Hello, Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones. Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein-take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds.
