Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

Dear Lybrate user Although your query is not clear. It seems that you want to say that you have fearful dreams if you watch any news or you have fear from any human being. It is normal. I suggest you to read a motivational stuff before going to sleep. Do not use electronic gadgets at least one hour before going to sleep. You will feel better. You can write a letter to your higher power or God and handover all your fears to HIM before going to sleep.

I have a hard lump mass like benign tumor in my right leg right ankle for 5 months. But suddenly in one night it become painful and starting to spread in foot. Better see a orthopedician, preferably an orthopaedic Oncosurgeon. Hard mass may be a bony or soft tissue tumour. Whether it is benign or cancer needs to be ascertained by doing imaging and Biopsy. If it is malignant, it can remain of the same size locally but throw metastasis to lungs or bones. It give temporary relife if you have get permenent solution you should take anti fungal shampoo and healthy diet and multivitamin tab required for healthy scalp and avoid spicy food. And wash hair regularly. Dandruff without itching may be due to dryness of scalp.

Causes and Symptoms of Migraine

It is the most common problem seen in society today. A migraine is a common neurological condition characterised by a headache, but some people have associated symptoms of eye and ear.
Classic symptoms of a migraine:

  1. Severe throbbing headache on one side of head
  2. Nausea and vomiting
  3. Sensitivity to light and noise.
  4. Prefer quite a dark room to sleep

Vestibular symptoms:

  1. Vertigo
  2. Dizziness
  3. Imbalance
  4. Unsteadiness
  5. Sensitivity to motion

Hearing symptoms:

  1. Muffled hearing
  2. Ear fullness
  3. Ringing in the ear or tinnitus

Causes of a migraine:
Migraine headaches probably relate to both abnormal discharges in cells within the brain and to the construction of the walls of the blood vessels in and around the brain. But the exact cause of a migraine is not known. Following are the provocating factors which make the condition worse

  1. Hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar)
  2. Stress altered sleep patterns
  3. Diet fast food, oily food, processed food
  4. Chocolates, cheeses
  5. Coffee sodas with caffeine
  6. Alcohol

Factors related to a migraine

  1. More common in women than men
  2. Symptoms are often worse during menstruation
  3. Family history

Management

  1. Avoid food, which triggers migraines e.g. Chocolate, alcohol, cheese, oily, spicy, junk and processed food
  2. Relaxation exercise
  3. Stress management
  4. During menstrual period decrease the salt intake and take some diuretic
  5. Ibruphen for pain after meal
  6. Other treatment with the advice of neuro physician e.g.
    1. Beta blockers agents
    2. Calcium channel blockers
    3. Tricyclic antidepressants
    4. Seratonergic agents
    5. Gabapantin or neurontin
    6. Clongepam
    7. Acetazolamides or diamox
    8. Sodium valporate or depakots
    9. Topiramax
    10. Oxycarbazapine or trieptal

Hello user. Just try these steps Following are some suggestions:- Make yourself busy. Start working instead of worrying. If you're just sitting idle, you will just keep thinking of something or the other, continuously running your mind, which will make you suffer. The same time can be used for doing valuable things. Sports and hobbies Start taking part in outdoor sports and other activities like swimming, etc. Also if you have some hobbies go ahead and follow them. Become socially active Talk with people. Try to make new friends. Engage in conversation with new people. Start attending social gatherings. This will not only increase your social circle, but also you will gain confidence and start enjoying the company of others. Volunteer/ Help other Work for some organization that helps the poor and the needy. Try to help others. By doing this you will help yourself as you will gain satisfaction and self contentment by helping others. Also, you may bring a smile to someone's face which is priceless :) Meditation (most important) And also, if you want, You could try doing meditation. It is really nice thing to meditate as it gives joy, bliss and happiness from within. If you want you could try SAHAJA YOGA meditation. It is the easiest one, you won't even need to do much efforts and it's totally FREE. It will help you a lot (physically, mentally, emotionally and in all other aspects of your life). It starts with one getting his/her "SELF REALIZATION" and then the state of "THOUGHTLESS AWARENESS" follows. Wish you all the best!
