While a weight gain diet plan would not require you to give up on milk, you will have to switch from fat-free or skim milk to whole milk. It is high in essential nutrients, vitamins and contains healthy calories. One glass of whole fat milk contains 3.25% fat and 150 calories. It nourishes your body and helps you gain weight faster. Cheese if you love cheese, then stick to it. Cheese is rich in calories, healthy nutrients, and vitamins. It supplements your body with enough protein and calcium to build stronger bones. Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. Its due to dry skin in winter,Homeopathy for Dry Skin The purpose of skin care in homeopathy is to provide necessary vital nutrients to the skin to keep it nourished and moisturised. Dry skin is observed due to lack of lipids in the epidermis, formed because of excessive bathing with hot water and harsh soaps. Application of topical moisturising lotions however maybe recommended, but the underlying root cause is lack of healthy fats in the diet. Hence, consumption of olive oil, nuts, avocadoes and omega -3 rich fatty fish varieties are suggested as a part of the treatment plan for dry skin types. Aloe sap comprising of moisturising properties can be used for dry, oily and combination skin types. While Green apples could cause irritation on a dry skin, avocadoes can only worsen the condition in oily skin types.

Do not stress your self too much day time mcshady, hydrate your self so much. Take paracetmol 500mg if not releived by hydrating your body. Night time before sleep take one glass of milk.
