Having pain in heels for last couple of months and severe pain specially in the morning and in the evening.

Having pain in heels for last couple of months and severe pain specially in the morning and in the evening.
This problem felt in lot of people. This is due to sprain/stretching of heel muscles followed with or without swelling too, usually. In some cases calcaneal spur (an extra growth of bone) may cause pain on stepping foot. Adequate exercise on heels is needed along with Medication. Rotate a tennis size ball by the foot to and fro, rotate anklejoint clockwise and anti clockwise, bending foot upward and downwards. Etcare some exercises to heel. For rule out bone growth, take an x-ray of the affected foot.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

I think you have ligament injury/sprain. Apply ice for 20 minutes for 4 times in a day. It will heal your injury. Apply analgesic ointment then apply crep bandage. And take rest. If possible concern qualified physiotherapist. They will help you.
