I'm having black heads on face how should reduce these please give me suggestion's.
Blackhead is the first stage of acne.acne is a problem commonly seen in this age group. It is due to the increase of androgen hormones which happens at this age. They act on your sebaceous glands and enlarge them. In addition to this, your lifestyle affects the development of pimples. Consuming milk and other dairy products enhance igf and increase pimples, so cut down on them. Avoid cosmetics since they clog pores and lead to more pimples. Stress enhances acne, so employ relaxation techniques. Yoga helps decrease negative acne forming chemicals. Soaps and scrubs won't help anyway, but a mild salicylic acid face wash can definitely help. Steam increases pores, so wash face with cold water twice daily. Eat plenty of carrots and spinach. Drink water. Understand that this problem will come and go till a certain age after which it'll attain control.

Hair hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. 1. Tab biotin daily for 1 month 2. Foods high in protein are soy, tofu, dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts, oilseeds, beans and pulses.

Lifestyle changes

2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.

3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles.

Why there are more pimples in summer I sweat a lot and drink lots of water still pimples appear What is the solution?

BHMS, DEMS

Why there are more pimples in summer
I sweat a lot and drink lots of water still pimples appear What is the solution?
Avoid heavy sweating if you think it causes your acne to get worse. Wash soon after activities that cause you to sweat. Wash your hair often if your hair is oily. Try to keep your hair off of your face. Avoid hair care products such as gels, mousses, cream rinses, and pomades that contain a lot of oil. Avoid touching your face protect ur skin from too much sun wash ur hair alternate day Wash your pillowcase Technically, a pillowcase should be washed at the very 2 times a week. While most of us don’t practice this, when it comes to keeping your skin fresh and healthy, it might help to get a little picky about your pillowcase. If you never wash it, all the stuff that gets rubbed onto it then comes in contact with your face for around 6-8 hours every night, and can exacerbate your acne.

Pimples on forehead are usually an indication of poor digestive system. Dry to detoxify your body. Take wheat grass juice in the morning, lemon water mid after noon and green tea throughout the day. For face care, follow this - use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

If your hair have started turning grey immaturely and you have not started applying any hair dye, try to use Emblic in any form ( but without additives like invert sugar etc). In season you may keep on crushing n sucking as many as you can, otherwise take dried ones and suck frequently. See the result yourself in few months and it will sustain for long. For speedy results, however, add some 'Shastriya Yog' such as combination of Haritaki, Amalki, vibheetak, madhuyashti etc in specified doses and vehicle ( with what you have to lick) as per Ayurveda. THESE ARE TOTALLY HARMLESS and economic too.

Hi, wash your scalp every alternate day with normal shampoo and once a week apply no skurf lotion on your scalp at night and wash it the next morning with arcolane shampoo. Do this for atleast 4-6 weeks till your dandruff is cleared. Take a multivitamin tab like tricovit 10 once daily morn after breakfast for around 4 months. This will help in arresting hair fall.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage. Black seed oil does not hav any mechanism of increasing hair growth. Its widely marketed for the same, but there are no documented evidences on it. Hair fall is mainly due to hormonal and genetic factors. Hair fall is due to medical reasons too. It can be associated with pernicious anaemia, hypothyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease, nutritional deficiency, diabetes, stress. These have to be evaluated. You also have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress. You vil need to take biotin tablets everyday after breakfast.
