Hi, If you’re aiming to build an athletic physique you must follow the points mentioned below: 1. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant now. Had a miscarriage in July due to chemical pregnancy and this September 6th I came to I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I feel nauseating alot and vomiting feeling only throughout day and morning sickness with vomiting. Wanted to ask what precautions should I take as eating wise. As of now I can't bear any cooked food smell. So I'm sticking more into sandwiches and juices would it be enough? And by when I can start prenatal yoga exercise. And do I have to be very careful with this pregnancy? but doc did say that it looks healthy pregnancy. Is it normal and safe to get immediate pregnant so fast after the last miscarriage?

Yeah you should be very careful with this pregnancy. In 1st trimester mostly ladies complain of nausea and vomiting. Dont panick. Eat whatever you like. After 12weeks problem will subside. After1st trimester you can start your prenatal yoga. Have small frequent diets. See a nearby gynaec, and do all the necessary investigations done so that if there is any problem, it can be sorted out at the early stage of conception. She will advise you some medicine for nausea and vomting.

Its difficult to increase the height at this age. But it won't be difficult to reduce your tummy. Eat lots of vegetables n salad in your main meal n less of carbohydrates n fats. Avoid junk food. Do abs exercise n yoga. Kapalbharati.

Eat proteins derived from foods but never from supplements or medicine. Eat lots of paneer, cow ghee, milk, milk shakes, banana, almonds, drink 3 to 4 liter water everyday but make sure you are not drinking water after your meals, give gap of 90 minutes.

What is the time lapse between you two meals if it is more than 4 hrs ,you must take something in between two meals. Alternatively you can take small quantities meals at interval of 2 hrs. Second thing get your plasma glucose done both fasting and 2 hrs after breakfast. Also get you thyroid profile is T3, T4,TSH done and mail me the value or contact on mobile.

Check your thyroid and hb levels. Do things that make you happy. Meet up with friends. You will feel good and will want to exercise. Also exercise once you begin makes you feel good and improves mental functioning. You may have to push yourself initially to exercise but later you will just love it.

Is that pain associated with redness, diminution of vision or any other symptoms? if yes then it's of infective origin. Else if none of these present and you are using /not using glasses in either case get your refraction done. May be the number might have changed. If your vision is normal, you have to go for orthoptic checkups which may be the probable cause for asthenopic symptoms.

As per your complains and symptoms you may have cavity inside tooth and pulp infection. Get one x-ray done to know about the condition of pulp. It will help to decide whether you need filling or rct.

The white sticky discharge you get even with slight excitement is nothing but a secretion of periurethral glands located in urethra. This is normal secretion of these glands which help in free passage of thick semen through urethra during ejaculation. This is excessive in your case. It will settle down itself once you get used to normal sexual life.

I've a mild high bp issue, my cholesterol is usually under control. Once in two months I'm required to take Aten 25. Typically, whenever I work out, if not always but many times, I dont feel fresh. It's not tiredness. Is it due to reduced heart function (unhealthy heart)? Please advise. Thanks.

Whether D B.P. is mild / moderate / high once D medicines R started U should take life long modifying the dosages.Aten 25mg is not sufficient,minimum dose is 50mg UR symptoms R more due to stress rather the D disease
