Hyperhydrosis is mormal tendency in many people so dont worry. Drink lots of fluids. It may be worthwhile to check your thyroid levels.

Both legs if paining without any swelling can be due to exertion or drinking less water. If pain is since long duration. Check vit d3 level n correct it.
