Dr Mona is very skilled doctor with all the latest technology and knowledge. I was having a very severe pain due to slip disk .. went to lot of doctors and all suggested for operation. Sir, you may be suffering from ankylosing spondylitis. U should g for specific blood test for this. It is HLB-27. It will help you to rule out the problem. You can consult me personally.
Mam you should do shoulder mobility exercises. And must take physiotherapy sessions otherwise the pain and movement of shoulder will worsen.
Correct you posture first. Avoid too much forward bending. While sitting your back must touch d back of chair or you can use backrest. You should do low back stretching and strengthening exercises.
Sir you should back strengthening and stretching exercise. It will relax and strengthen or back muscles. If you personally want to consult me Please consult privately.
You should try yoga. And have a walk after dinner. Take milk at night. And go sleep after that. Don't engage your self in any work becoz your not getting d sleep. Just switch off d lites and listen slow music of memory. It will definitely help u. ...
