U can start with following medication... 1. apply kantilep (patanjali ayurved) mixed with rose water once a day.... remove immediately after drying 2. use ubtan to scrub and clean ur face once a day... moist required quantity of ubtan with normal water, scrub on wet face for a min or two and clean face wid water 3. start taking Mahamanjisthadi kadha 2 tablespoons twice a day mixed with water for blood purification Have healthy food on regular timings, avoid salty and spicy food. Take milk and ghee in ur daily food.
