I'm 21 year old. My weight is 53 kg. Last year I took ayourveda weight gainer tablets. At that time my weight was 47kg. I gained approx 10 kg. But after 6 month their was a problem. You have to burn more then you eat to become thin, this is the main rule body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Follow these instructions to prevent yourself from summer heat- * take two teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt add it in one glass of water, drink it before going out in summer. * cover your head with hat or cotton dupatta before going out. * drink atleast 8 to 10 glass of water daily make your body hydrated with intake of plenty of fluids. * avoid to drink excessive coffee and alcohol. * avoid to go outside in afternoon or in peak hours of sunlight. If you want to go then cover your head with hat or cotton dupatta, or you can take a umbrella to protect yourself from sunrays. * avoid to do vigorous exercises in summer.

You can loosen up your stuffy nose if you breathe in some steam. Hold your head over a pot of boiling water and breathe slowly through your nose. But be careful. Don't let the heat burn your nose. You can also get some relief with a humidifier in your bedroom. Also try to take in some moisture from a hot shower with the door closed.
