Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hello, please send me your all investigation report to rule out her problem. These types of problems are may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I can explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques, if interested. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Hello lybrate user Back Pain arises mostly due to improper posture while working, standing, study time sitting, bending, etc.other factors such as poor diet and less physical activities or sedentary life style could be responsible for that. back muscles tends to get weak easily causes Pain and tightness. try to correct your posture,take healthy diet rich of nutrients, add high fiber diet &plenty of Water.Do regular stretching back exercises along with hot water formentation.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Apply hot fomentation twice daily.

Use ice pack every two hourly do not use volini. If swelling does not go in a day time take an x ray it can be a fracture.

This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer and it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain. It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm Symptoms of Arthritis Symptoms of osteoarthritis may include joint pain and progressive stiffness that develops gradually. My mom had suffered from a lower back pain for nearly 2 years. We r going to many doctor but no relief from their medicines. You might be suffering from osteoarthritis for the confirmation of which we would need to do a clinical examination and an x-ray. In the meanwhile you should start using western toilets only, avoid squatting or sitting cross legged at all. Start taking a diet rich in calcium and vitamin d like eggs, non veg food if possible, take an early morning walk in sunlight which help replenish your body stores of vit. D the deformity of your knees would have to be assessed on an x-ray and if found to be severe arthritis you might have to undergo a replacement. You should start the conservative treatment I suggested and follow up. Hope his helps.

Do stretching exercise of spine and legs and hot fermentation twice a day tk muscle relaxant medicine if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for 5 days and after relief start stretching exercise in daily routine.

pain is complex phenomenon, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Apart from pain killers, there is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. It mainly due to problem in vertebrae problem you avoid stress to your back give gentle massage with luke warm mahanarayan oil on lower back when oil is absorb by skin then give hot medicated fomentation on it. It will help u.

Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.

Dear user. Reduce your weight. Correct your sitting posture. Do not lift heavy objects. Take heat fermentation with diclofenac gel. Do back strengthing excercises to reduce pain.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
