Hello All your symptoms are normal physiological phenomenon. Tearing while driving is very common and is due to irritation of eye while air. Use goggles while driving Redness after bathing is again normal. This is due to irritation of eye with water. You may use lubricating eyedrop frequently to keep eyes moist Regards.

Your Eye problem can be mot probably COLOR BLINDNESS.Color blindness occurs when there is a problem with the color-sensing granules (pigments) in certain nerve cells of the eye. These cells are called cones. They are found in the retina, the light-sensitive layer of tissue that lines the back of the eye. If just one pigment is missing, you may have trouble telling the difference between red and green. This is the most common type of color blindness. If a different pigment is missing, you may have trouble seeing blue-yellow colors. People with blue-yellow color blindness usually have problems identifying reds and greens, too. The most severe form of color blindness is achromatopsia. A person with this rare condition cannot see any color, so they see everything in shades of gray. Achromatopsia is often associated with lazy eye,nystagmus (small, jerky eye movements), severe light sensitivity, and extremely poor vision. Most color blindness is due to a genetic problem. About 1 in 10 men have some form of color blindness. Very few women are color blind. Outlook (Prognosis) Color blindness is a lifelong condition. Most people are able to adjust to it without difficulty or disability. Homoeopathic medicine SANTONINE 3X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 2 tab twice daily for 3 months. If the color blindness is partial ie. Hello, get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Dear deepak, more than knowing laser machine what you ought to know more is that at 44 yrs apart from distance vision you would be needing near vision glasses too. So LASIK for distance will only eliminate need for distance vision but need for near vision might remain.

Just do hot fomentation. Dip a clean handkerchief in lukewarm water. And keep it over closed eye lids for 2 minutes and then wipe clean your eyelids. Do this twice a day.

Hello, now you should use spectacles and take Ruta 30 ch , 3 drops twice daily for 15 days. Use CMD2 eye drops, 2 drop in each eye twice daily. Do the below given exercises to strengthen your ocular muscles. Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Hi, take rhododendron 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days to avoid irritation wash your eyes with cold water frequently whenever you have irritation. Avoid using any eye drops without prescription. You can use homoeopathic eye drops cineraria eye drops (dr reckweg and company germany) 1 drp in both eyes when there is irritation. Revert back.

While using mobile/laptop/tv for long intervals continuously,eyes get exhausted. While using Mobile/laptop/tv make sure that the lightening in room is proper to reduce and negate the effects.You can also reduce the intensity of the Mobile/laptop/tv screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of Mobile/laptop/tv usage or take frequent breaks. Dont use mobile /laptop/tv continuously for more than 30 minutes and most important dont use mobile/laptop with low battery.The bright light of the mobile screen /laptop/tv gets more focused on our eyes and this causes dryness of the eyes and thus causing weakness of vision and eye and head pain. take 8 hours of sleep, eat green vegetables, take a break of 10 min every 1 and a half hour of work, take more liquids like juice, lime water, water etc. if u work on computer then google computer vision syndrome and read few articles.

My eyes are getting drained somewhat I don't know. I play games on 40 inch led tv for 2 hours afternoon and night at 11 pm for 2 hours. I want to ask is any dangerous thing is this? Exposure to bright light or straining to see in dim light can also cause eye fatigue. One of the most common causes of eye fatigue is staring for long periods at digital devices such as: computer screens smartphones video games during sleep, the eyes are replenished with essential nutrients. Lack of sleep may result in persistent eye irritation. Prevention of eye fatigue usually eye fatigue can be prevented or reduced by making simple changes in your work habits or environment. Make changes to your computer screen, such as: place the screen 20-26 inches away from your eyes and a little below eye level. Regularly clean off dust and fingerprints from the screen. Smudges on the screen can reduce contrast and increase problems with glare and reflections. Choose screens that tilt and swivel. Consider using a glare filter over your screen. Make changes to your work environment, such as: change lighting to reduce glare and harsh reflections. Use an adjustable chair. Place a document holder next to your computer screen. Make changes to your work habits, such as: try the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds. Blink frequently to avoid dryness in eyes. Take regular breaks from computer work. Take care of your eyes with these steps: apply a washcloth soaked in warm water to tired, dry eyes (with eyes closed). Use artificial tears to refresh your eyes when they feel dry. To help prevent dry eyes while working indoors, use an air cleaner to filter dust and a humidifier to add moisture to the air. Management: give sufficient rest to your eyes with proper sleep. Keep yourself hydrated with intake of 10-12 glasses of water in a day. Eat healthy especially vitamin a rich food (green vegetables, carrots, yellow fruits and vegetables) and avoid junk food. Hold tap water in your flexed palm, dip your one eye closer to the water level, shut and open your eyelids often. Do the same with your other eye. Repeat this whole process 1-2 times more in a day. Give your eyes proper rest. Can keep slices of cucumber or potato or used tea bags over the closed eyes for sometime. Medication: instill 2 drops of euphrasia eye drops in each eye twice daily.

So far I know there is no medicine in allopath or ayurveda which can reduce myopic power, myopic power in female increases upto 19 yrs& if you are above 19 yrs, there is no chance of increase in myopic power, your myopic power is very less & I will never advise you to go for LASIK, there is lots of advantage in later life with less myopic power which are not told to the patient who undergo for lasik, if you don't want to wear glass you may go for contact lens.

red eyes could be because of many reasons but commonly it is due to allergy or infection. You need to visit eye specialist to differentiate between the two as the treatment is different. Also get your eyes checked for any glass power
