Just suck in your cheeks and lips as we use to do now try smiling, hold the posture for 5 seconds, you will feel the burn in your cheeks and jaws.

dear friend, wash your face with Luke warm water 3_5 times in a day avoid using any soap. don't cut or erode the pimples it may leave marks on the face. take balance diet and a lot of water daily. try to avoid oily and spicy food as possible. take Trifala churna 5 GMs with Luke warm water at night once for 15 days. tell your progress to guide further.

This can arise in association with some other systems involvement too. Most commonly, intestinal associations can be seen. So, it's important that you consult a specialist physically. Apart from this, you can use a sunscreen with physical block and chemical agents, this vil protect your skin from harmful uv rays which vil increase these tiny black spots. Make sure your diet is rich in lycopene, this is present in plenty in tomatoes which is more beneficial if had in processed form as puree, ketchup, paste or sauce.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

There is no evidence that mobile phone uses increases headaches. However if you still feel so, one logical option would e to use earphones, and talk in low volumes

Hello lybrate-user is the pain you r facing is at half area of your head, or when ever you get tension you feel severe head ache. Sona you simply take 20 ml aloevera juice with 20 ml lukewarm water, empty stomach twice a day, and avoid oily food items n once you reduce your weight your stress will get low n so your headache. N if it does not then you can opt for Ayurvedic treatment. U can ask for further assistance.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

This is due to arthritis. Avoid eating dal, lady finger, kathal, tomato, spinach and other green leafy vegetables and curd. She may take rhus tox 200 5-6 pills thrice daily. You may take homoeopathic treatment.

Avoid exposure to sun and dust for glow skin and you can try some home based treatment. 1. Take 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix it till the honey dissolves properly. Moisten your face and apply it on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Both honey and lemon works as a natural bleacher, which makes your skin glowing and radiant instantly. Wash your face thoroughly with cold water. 2. Take rice and make a fine powder in the grinder. The powder should feel like a smooth white scrubber. Mix enough milk in it to form a paste. Apply it on your moisten face and scrub your skin for 15-20 minutes. The paste will fall automatically while you rub your face. Let the whole scrub fall, and then, wash your face with cold water. Rice will exfoliate the skin and remove the dead cells. It will improve the blood circulation 3. Green apple works great in bringing back the lost glow. Apply the pulp of green apple on your skin. No, there is no guarantee. Even with tablets like these, you need to exercise. They can get your sugar levels low. It is always a better idea to loose weight naturally.

Hi, from your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, . 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin 6.
