I'm doing gym and planning to add supplement on my daily diet, please suggest is whey/isolated protein, liver52 tabs, multi vitamins tab, amino acid/ BCAA. Additional to it which steroids are better, easily available and effective for making muscular physique and doesn't harm to body internally as well also recommend to consume. Please advice/ suggest consumption of following things are good or bad for body while doing gym/ workout :- 1. Company manufactured whey/ isolated protein, Amino acid, multi vitamins etc. 2. I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC creatine and follow up with reports and we can assess whether do you really need any medicine supplements including steroid and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Yes you can do sex in pregnancy unless there is high risk like bleeding or pain or risk of infection or miscarriage. As such sex does not put the mother or baby at risk. There is no limit of numbers. Women should follow the steps they are comfortable. But cunninglingus must be avoided.

Dear Lybrate User, *To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. There is no way of increasing cartilage presently. Unfortunately cartilage is one of the tissues in the body that don't heal. Though several cartilage vitamins are available in the market they don't help as cartilage tissue doesn't repair. The only long term solution is total knee replacement.

If so please let me know feel free to discuss in detail for further line of management. pain killer given by any one is not a solution it's temporary. avoid unwanted medicine. longer way will harm your kidney liver etc

Hi, do regular exercise, 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. First of all you have to understand that age is just a number I have seen international sports people playing their respective games at the age of 40 44 45 and even 47 so at 34 you can get anything that you want all you need is a will power and determination, as per your question you are slim and you want to make a good body, so first try to gain weight naturally for that you can start with surya namaskar regularly in morning before that make sure that you are not having any stomach worms because sometimes people have worms in the stomach and they don't realise it and which result in low weight.
