Take nexpro rd od before breakfast, tab. Ganaton 50 mg before lunch and dinner for 7 days. If no improvement get an usg abdomen and ugie.

Get a thyroid profile, ecg, holter. If normal you might have anxiety. Take alprazolam 0.25 mg hs. See a physician before starting above tab.

If I have tried various medicines than surgery is the only option. But try tab. Sitcom twice daily, sitz bath 4 times, avoid constipation before surgery.
