The condition, Plantar Facieitis, you have is called one of the variants of Fibrositis and is not a disease but more of a mechanical condition, requiring not only medication but some 1. Physical therapy in the form of moving the Toes and foot, 2. Heat Therapy in the form of Doing the above exercises in under water with Luke 1/2 bucket Warm water 3.Using Footwear with Micro cellular material both inside and out side of house 4. Minimal medication will give 95% relief and only about 5% need local Cortisone Injections into the specifically identified location at Heel. Pl. Hand exercise dear u can do it easly…………1,,,,Pinch Strengthener This exercise helps strengthen the muscles of your fingers and thumb. It can help you turn keys, open food packages, and use the gas pump more easily. • Pinch a soft foam ball or some putty between the tips of your fingers and your thumb. • Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. • Repeat 10 to 15 times on both hands. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damage Finger Lift Use this exercise to help increase the range of motion and flexibility in your fingers. • Place your hand flat, palm down, on a table or other surface. • Gently lift one finger at a time off of the table and then lower it. • You can also lift all your fingers and thumb at once, and then lower. • Repeat eight to 12 times on each han Thumb Extension Strengthening the muscles of your thumbs can help you grab and lift heavy things like cans and bottles. • Put your hand flat on a table. Wrap a rubber band around your hand at the base of your finger joints. • Gently move your thumb away from your fingers as far as you can. • Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. • Repeat 10 to 15 times with both hands. You can do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Thumb Touch This exercise helps increase the range of motion in your thumbs, which helps with activities like picking up your toothbrush, fork and spoon, and pens when you write. • Hold your hand out in front of you, with your wrist straight. • Gently touch your thumb to each of your four fingertips, one at a time, making the shape of an "O." • Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds. This is quite a common condition Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises Contact me again if need be. Hi it may be due to nerve compression at lumber. You can take physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and spasm. Exercise will strengthen your back and core muscles. Best wishes.

Night knee knee pain is due to arthritis. Only pain during rest is arthritis pain. Sciatica pain may relief if you bend your knee during sleep. Please try some quadriceps hamstring strengthening exercise for knee and low back muscle exercise for your back.

Dear M Vasanth, Good Evening! The symptoms you have mentioned briefly are suggestive of compression of nerve at lower back possibly due to lumbar disc pathology. Kindly visit Physiotherapist to get further clarity of problem and if the need be, you may need to have MRI scan as part of investigations. You can also visit Orthopedic / Neuro-surgeon for an opinion if the pain is quite intolerable or not improving with course of physiotherapy. At any time, if you experience problems with bladder & bowel (urinary retention, loss of control, numbness in groin / anal region - you must attend Emergency department of any hospital. You back pain may not be linked to your abdominal issues, now you have also mentioned that you have got your usg done twice which were normal. I would advise you to consult a gastroenterologist or a gastro surgeon so that your abdominal issues can be sorted out. Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Some patients need more core strengthening while others benefit mainly from stretching and improving flexibility. Please consult a Orthopedic Physiotherapist for the right exercise plan. Best wishes.
