If you are having little blood after missed period, it is better you do urine test for pregnancy to be 100% sure. It can be just the start of your new menses or it could be implantation bleeding of pregnancy which is less likely.

Doctor, my girlfriend and I have decided to have sex without protection and we don't want a baby. I don't want to give her any pill. Is there any other options? What about eating papaya after sex?

MBBS
Sexologist, Panchkula
Papaya is not treatment to avoid pregnancy. It will not help. You can do sex 5 days before start of periods and 5 days after end of period. There are no chances of pregnancy in this period. Follow this and be happy.
