Dear, there is nothing to worry at the moment. Minor change in bcr_abl does occur. By continuing the same medicine it should come to normal. I feel that the dose of medicine you are taking is on lower side. You can seek the advice from your treating doctor to increase it to 200 mg. Daily.

●Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday..Avoid skipping meals ●Include high fibre foods at each meal e.g. legumes(beans/lentils ),nuts(almonds,walnut),eggs etc ●Take fruit as a healthy snack e.g. apples,pears,papaya,mausami,jamun,guava ●Try to avoid –grapes,mango,bananas,jackfruit(cheeku) ●Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal ●Reduce the fat intake,fried foods,cakes,pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil  ●Include healthy foods like daliya,oats ●Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day ●stay away from especially labelled diabetic foods(they are of no benefit),and saturated fats  ●Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets ●If so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute for sweetening purposes DIABETIC DIET CHART: Morning: 4-5 Almonds soaked overnight in water or 1-2 walnuts 6:30 a.m.: Tea + 2 mariegold biscuits(only for those who can’t skip their morning tea) 8:00-9:00 a.m. : 2 Roti + subzi + daliya /upma/poha/raw cheese/sprouts + 1 glass skimmed milk 11:00-12:00 a.m.: Fruits (only those permitted), salads, guava, papaya, pomegranate, cucumber, carrot, sprouts etc 1:00-2:00 p.m.: 2 roti +dal + salads+curd/raita/buttermilk 4:00-5:00 p.m : tea + roasted chana/bhelpuri(only if hungry) 7:00 p.m : salads/coconut water/lemon water(without sugar) 8:00-9:00 p.m: 2 roti +dal/khicdi + skimmed milk Try to sleep daily on sametime till 11:00 p.m. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:  Avoid potato/sweet potato/arbi banana/cheeku/grapes/mango/litchi papads/ chatni/pickles/fried foods groundnuts/cashew/pista/raisins sweets/honey/cold drinks/jaggery Note: For preparing chapatis, use whole wheat flour mixed with chana flour or besan in 3:1 proportion alongwith small amounts of soyabean

There are many reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, illness like malaria, typhoid, chronic disorders like thyroid, diabetes can trigger the hair fall. Understand the problem and then treat it. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Protein rich food like sprouts, beans, nuts are good for hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp with jaborandi hair oil 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist for further treatment.

Hi I can understand your problem. 1) apply hot and cold fomentation. 2) learn strengthening exercise of quadriceps and hamstring from physiotherapist. 3) do regular stretching calf muscles. 4) wear comfortable foot wear. Do share investigation reports if you have.

At this age, your son has mixed dentition. Some teeth are milky and some permanent. Do get his teeth x-rayed to determine the cause of pain. It can be due to decay in any teeth or erupting teeth. For immediate relief, start with painkillers.

Get your bone density checked. Get your hb blood sugar and uric acid levels done. Till then take tablet cipcal 500 twice daily, cacirol sachet once a week dissolved in milk or curd take milk and curd regularly keep yourself physically active, go for a walk.

Dark circle under eyss is a symptom of udavarta (improper functions of all vaat). It's mainly due to 1) dharniya vega (urges, should b controlled, we you aren't) like chinta-stress, bhaya-fear, shoka-, krodha-short temper, maan- ego, lobha-greedy etc mental condition you should control yourself 2) adharniya vega (urges that should not be controlled, but we are controling) like sleep, urine, stool, hunger, thirst, yawn, sneeze, vomit etc. Think deeply. It's a very spiritual concept main treatment is to stop causative factor among this. So manage your sleep & time. Also there are some ayurveda medicine, lepa-cream, face treatment, or panchakarma (detoxification) will definitely help you you can use kumkumadi ointment of nagarjun pharma. It will lighten your circle.
