Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, do following:- 1. Geriforte syrup (himalaya) - 2 teaspoonfuls three times a day after food. 2. Brento tablet (zandu) - 2 tablets twice daily after food. 3. Ashwagandha capsule (himalaya) - 1 capsule twice daily after food. Take 8 hours sound sleep daily. Do bhrahmari pranayam. You can also go for ayurveda body massage and steam, which will relax and strengthens you body.

Start by considering these 10 anger management tips. 1. Think before you speak In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything — and allow others involved in the situation to do the same. 2. Once you're calm, express your anger As soon as you're thinking clearly, express your frustration in an assertive but nonconfrontational way. State your concerns and needs clearly and directly, without hurting others or trying to control them. 3. Get some exercise Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities. 4. Take a timeout Timeouts aren't just for kids. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. A few moments of quiet time might help you feel better prepared to handle what's ahead without getting irritated or angry. 5. Identify possible solutions Instead of focusing on what made you mad, work on resolving the issue at hand. Does your child's messy room drive you crazy? Close the door. Is your partner late for dinner every night? Schedule meals later in the evening — or agree to eat on your own a few times a week. Remind yourself that anger won't fix anything and might only make it worse. 6. If you allow anger and other negative feelings to crowd out positive feelings, you might find yourself swallowed up by your own bitterness or sense of injustice. But if you can forgive someone who angered you, you might both learn from the situation. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to behave exactly as you want at all times. 8. Use humour to release tension Lightening up can help diffuse tension. Use humor to help you face what's making you angry and, possibly, any unrealistic expectations you have for how things should go. Avoid sarcasm, though — it can hurt feelings and make things worse. 9. Practice relaxation skills When your temper flares, put relaxation skills to work. Practice deep-breathing exercises, imagine a relaxing scene, or repeat a calming word or phrase, such as" Take it easy. You might also listen to music, write in a journal or do a few yoga poses — whatever it takes to encourage relaxation. 10. Know when to seek help Learning to control anger is a challenge for everyone at times. Consider seeking help for anger issues if your anger seems out of control, causes you to do things you regret or hurts those around you.

Hi All, The problem which is I am going to describe here that is related to my wife. I got married 2 year before and we have 1 year old baby and we lives in noida. I am working in a company and also My wife was working and she did 4 year job in delhi but due to baby she left her job. She dose a lot of work related to baby and house and I can say she is hard working women. She did not work hard before as doing these days. The problem is she get aggressive very quickly if things dose not happen according to her. We can say she is short temper; Aggressive behavior on title issue. After that not talking 5 to 6 days. Even does not takes food too. She try to live alone. She does not want to meet new peoples. She does not like even meet to my friends. She do not like to live in in-laws. Please consider the following sings: inability to sleep or sleeping more than normal change in appetite extreme concern and worry about the baby or a lack of interest or feelings for the baby feeling unable to love the baby or your family anger toward the baby, your partner, or other family members anxiety or panic attacks fear of harming your baby; these thoughts may be obsessive, and you may be afraid to be left alone in the house with your baby. Irritability sadness or excessive crying difficulty concentrating or remembering feelings of doubt, guilt, helplessness, hopelessness, or restlessness lethargy or extreme fatigue loss of interest in hobbies or other usual activities mood swings marked by exaggerated highs and lows feeling emotionally numb. Its better to show her to a psychiatrist. Also, increase physical activity by introducing aerobic exercises, yoga, pilates or stretching regimens to your daily routine. Physical activity can help the body release mood-improving endorphins. Eat well. A nutritious diet, complete with fruits, vegetables, lean protein, low-fat dairy, and whole grains will help you feel better. If you are breastfeeding, eating well becomes even more crucial as your nutrients pass their way to your baby. Avoid high-sugar foods like soda, caffeine, and alcohol. All of these can aggravate postpartum depression by altering your mood in certain ways. For example, caffeine can make you anxious and alcohol is a depressant. All the best.

Hello, at the age of 20 if your hairs are getting grey then really it is a point of concern. Avoid using hard shampu and oils, use mild herbal shampu and a good medicated oil. Try to contact some ayurvedic doctor who themselves make oil not to depend on pharmacies based oil. Avoid or cover your hairs while you are in hard sun rays. Take protein and iron rich diet.

5 Common Myths about Homeopathy

Homeopathy is an alternative system of medicine which is side-effect free and it aims to cure various ailments by uprooting their cause. It is a relatively gentle system of medicine and its effects start showing gradually with an immune response. Some of the most common myths associated with homeopathy are:

Myth 1: Homeopathic medicines are placebos

Placebos are usually tablets, pills or other such solid oral medications which do not contain an active drug inside them and are ineffective. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), homeopathy is the world's second largest system of medicine. These medicines are not at all useless and they are highly effective as well.

Myth 2: Slow to act and not usable in acute cases

Homeopathic medicines are usually taken in cases of chronic and long-lasting ailments such as arthritis. But there is no such rule that it cannot be taken for curing temporal or viral disorder such as common cold or fever. In fact, they work very well in case of ailments like these and sometimes even faster than allopathic medicine options.

Myth 3: All homeopathic medicines are the same

Due to their physical appearance, all homeopathic medicines might look the same, but in reality, their functionality is very different from each other. Homeopathic medicines usually come from 3000 plant and mineral sources. The most common forms in which homeopathic medicines are manufactured are small, white round pellets, white powder and transparent liquid forms.

Myth 4: Homeopathy is not helpful in surgical issues

Surgical conditions such as hemorrhoids, chronic ear discharge, fissures, and corns are apparently believed to be only treated by allopathic medicines. But this is not the truth. In fact, homeopathy is one of the most effective means of getting rid of your surgery related scars using common agents like calendula.

Myth 5: Homeopathy cannot be combined with allopathy

Normally speaking, allopathic medicines are generally suppressive and they reduce the symptoms occurrences whereas, the homeopathic system is more focused towards going deep to the root cause of the problem and eradicating the same. If taken together, these two systems of medicine will cause you no undesirable side effects and both can work well simultaneously.

Do exercise very proper way. Hold and relax depend on your body limit. Don't go beyond it starts paining again along with hot fermentation 3 times a day with 15 min duration.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily, Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.
