Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Fibromyalgia - How To Deal With It?

Virechan n raktmokshan panchkarm treatment of Ayurveda will help you the most. Apply satdaut grith ointment locally 3-4 times a day. Triphala choorn-3 gm arogyawardani vati-2 tab thrice a day before food with 1 glass lukewarm water. Khadiraritam -20 ml twice a day with equal amount of lukewarm water after food.

Recently 3 weeks ago my pressure sought to 190/160. During that period my left hand and leg has totally got numb. I see fewer strength in it. My pressure is now normal after having losar 50 twice daily along with Natrilix SR once a day. However the numbness in hand and leg remains and I fell a strange burnt out sensation in my palm and toes. Please advice.

u are hypertensive. when the pressures are very high there are chances of either a bleeding of a blood vessel or a clot in the brain that can cause that kind of numbness and weakness that happened at that time. that should have been taken seriouslt and a immediate ct scan of d brai should have been done. if it is not done u should get it done at the earliest. medication have to b started accordingly

Take Nucoxia Mr. or Nucoxia Mr. 8 BD with Ocid 20 (after launch + dinner) IFT take over Lumbar spine @ 15 min x 15 days TENS 4 channel @ 15 min @ 10 days SWD 5 days @ 12 min after that avoid water 4 hrs there avoid all movements use LS SPINE brace of TYNOR or MEDI and get comfort use good quality shoe avoid revolving chair and gaddi maintain posture body straight use choamote for potty no weight carry stop sit on floor if you feel problem about your health then consult Neurosurgeon who do with spine ok.
