yes you can plan lasik laser surgery. Lasik is a simple laser procedure which changes the shape of the cornea so that the light rays fall on the retina properly. It is a painless procedure. It is a day care procedure does not require any injections, does not require admission, you can simply resume your duties in 2 days. Cost varies from centre to centre. Side effects are usually limited to dryness of eyes for few months. We can do lasik anytime after age of 18 years. You need to undergo proper prelasik checkup to decide whether lasik is safe for you or not

Bags under the eyes may be caused by a variety of reasons including age, fluid retention, consumption of salty food, allergies, lack of sleep, stress. As we age, our skin loses its elasticity due to the loss or reduction of collagen production which provides support to the tissue and muscle supporting the eyelid. The skin then sags and the fat that is normally confined to the orbit moves down. Similarly, lack of sleep, stress and a work routine that demands constantly staring at a computer screen, can all lead to dark circles and bags under the eyes. This makes us look tired and less than appealing. Also, the space below your eyes can accumulate fluid, making the under-eye area appear puffy or swollen. Treatment modalities include blepharoplasty and fat grafting. Also hydrate your body, drink as much water as possible. Yes, it seems counter-intuitive when you are retaining water, but hydrating reduces puffiness. So drink a glass of water whenever you notice your eyes getting a little droopy. Consult a oculoplastic surgeon for the same. Regards

Hi, please take homeopathic medicine hepar sulph 200, berbaquifolium 200 5 drops in lukewarm water, give daily massage to your hair by adding coconut oil plus almond oil and drink lots of water, eat healthy protein diet, nuts, and avoid oily food.

Hello, Get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try contact lens as your age is now 17 years so your number will not increase much now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

You have something called as computer vision syndrome. So take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.

Hi, get your eyes examined from an opthalmologist, do share the reports with me. Hello. Sorry about your eye trouble. Night blindness has various causes associated with it: (1) deficiency of vitamins- vitamin a deficiency, specifically, in young children may lead to night blindness. Prompt dietary modification and administration should be of help. (2) congenital defect: retinitis pigmentosa, heredomacular degeneration, congenital stationary night blindness are a few of the disorders that are present from birth/ childhood that could lead to night blindness. These should be assessed and treated accordingly. There are a few treatment options such as dietary supplements, low vision aid devices, genetic counseling therapy that might have some benefit in for the same. (3) raised intra-occular pressure may at times caused reduced vision at night time/ low illumination. This would be easily detected when undergoing checkup by an eye specialist. (4) certain other infectious conditions may also cause night blindness. (5) certain types of cataract may lead to reduced vision at night time. This can be easily solved by removing the cataract. Thus, my suggestion for you would be to undergo a thorough eye evaluation by a retina specialist and then follow the therapy suggested by him/her. Hope my suggestions help you. Take care, regards.

currently there is no treatment for retinitis pigmentosa.. however it is under research. you also need to regularly get your eyes tested for any associated problems like cataract, glaucoma or macular problems which are treatable

Dear lybrate user, red eyes could be because of many reasons but commonly it is due to allergy or infection. You need to visit eye specialist to differentiate between the two as the treatment is different. Also get your eyes checked for any glass power.

Hello- Yes it can be arthritis. Morning stiffness generally occurs due to improper digestion and taking heavy meals. Indigestion in long run can cause Rheumatoid arthritis.

You cannot make out by yourself at first. By the time you realise it will be too late. Consult a eye specialist every year and get your intaocular pressure checked and also get your retina checked.

Helllo this suggests phimosis try to apply lubricant and retract it if fails, consult general surgeon.
