Take bed rest completely for 48 hours with pillows under knees and take t.zix Mr. twice daily for 5 days.

It is gout he has high uric acid levels needs to take medicines regularly it will not control by yoga or exercises.

Depression leads to obesity due to heavy eating. Back pain in upper region is difficult to relieve. Apply physiotheraphy for 1 week not more and take muscle relaxants.

You do not need calcium tablets as you are young. Take milk and expose to sun in early morning. For fracture apply pop cast.
