You should vist to the Dentist in your vicinity. Have Cap. Lycoage three times in a day and chlohex mouthwash (1: 2)ratio for 15 days.

Cause can be anything like sharp cusps, habbit of chewing tobbacco. You can apply ointment kenacord 0.1% 3 times in a day.

Apply stolin gum paint ,3 times in a day for 15 days and do warm saline rinses ,3-4 times in a day for 1 month.
