There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Dear, to make your skin healthy follow these methods: * eat more fruits & vegetables such as apple, banana, melon, cucumber. Do not skip your meal. Eat a bowl of cereal daily in afternoon. * avoid to use of any steroid containing application or cream on face. *use less cosmetic products. * drink plenty of water in a day at least 6 to 8 glass of water in a day. * do long walk daily for 10 to 15 minutes. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. * do sinhasan daily under the guidance of yoga expert. * drink a glass of milk by adding 1 teaspoon of bornvita powder daily in evening.

I have a fever for last 1 month so I am so suffering have if got any relief. What should I do now please.

Avoid exertion take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (if no drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc had you measured your temperature? you need to make temprature chart (morning/evening) for one week tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain consult as we need to do some investigation to find out cause of fever.

Dear user: eat a balanced diet including all food groups. Drink 10 glass of water per day to make your body hydrated. Get up early in morning ang go early to bed at night. Include lassi, nimboo pani, fruit juice, almond sharbat, or any other sharbat at your snack time. You can eat all the fruits and vegetables, better to eat seasonal one. Add some dry fruits, mkhane in your diet. Take a good amount of protein also from egg, chicken, soyabean, all pulses, paneer, milk etc. Do not skip meals. Drink only one or two cups of coffee or tea in a day. If you are feeling tired soon its better you just start walking for 10-15 min then slowly increase the timing and activity. You can do yoga. Thank you.

Toothache is also one of the severe pain in the body. Many people suffer from this pain because of the sensitiveness of the teeth. This remedy has only two ingredients which are simply effective. People who have to suffer from route canal or dental carries take 3-4 buds of cloves and make it powder. Later mix with 1 tsp of coconut oil and apply it. Clove has antiseptic, analgesic and antimicrobial activity and coconut oil is best antibiotic action and hence, this remedy works better on dental carries.

When ever I hold any thing with my fingers they starts to just fumbling there is no balance in then, they does not stay still. Help me plz.

My frnd, she is 22 years old. Had an unprotected sex on feb month. But ntng has ejected into her body by her boyfriend. Aftr dat incident for march month she got her mensud. I'm suffering from pimples on face how can I reduce pimples and black marks. On my face.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.
