For reducing fat do stretching exercises like Surya Namaskar. Eat diet that is low in refined cereals and carbohydrates. Eat fiber and protein rich diet. For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. Hi lybrate-user based on the information provided I will try my best to give you best solution to get rid of low back pain as well maintaining normal blood glucose levels. There are lots and lots of exercises you can go for without getting any back pain at all can start with upper body exercises for shoulder, biceps,triceps as well as for lower body too. Now main part to be focused is on core. While doing core exercises need to modify every single step to get pain relief and do exercises. Can go for static cycle initially for 5 to 10 mins initially and later can progress up to 20 mins at a stretch. For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. गुग्गुल के फायदे हमें कई रोगों से निजात दिलाते हैं. यह बहुत अधिक गर्मी के दौरान पौधे द्वारा उत्सर्जित एक गोंद राल होती है. इसे प्राप्त करने के लिए, मुख्य तने में गोलाई में कट लगाया जाता है. इससे निकलने वाला सुगंधित तरल पदार्थ एक सुनहरे भूरे रंग या लाल भूरे रंग में सुखकर तेजी से ठोस हो जाता है. इसके पौधे को कम्फोरा मुकुल के नाम से जाना जाता है. यह पौधा एक छोटे पेड़ के रूप में बढ़ता है और 4-5 फीट की ऊंचाई तक पहुंचता है. इसकी शाखाएं कांटेदार होती हैं. ये पौधे उत्तरी अफ्रीका से लेकर मध्य एशिया तक पाए जाते हैं, लेकिन ये उत्तरी भारत में सबसे अधिक पाए जाते हैं. गुग्गुल स्वाद में कड़वी और तासीर में गर्म होती है. यह कफ, पित्त और वात तीनों दोषों को सामान्य रखने में मददगार होता है. तो आइये गुग्गुल के फायदे और नुकसान को जानते हैं.

1. शुगर के उपचार में
शुगर के उपचार में इसकी सकारात्मक भुनिका होती है. दरअसल गुग्गुल रक्त शर्करा के उच्च स्तर को नियंत्रित करने में मदद करता है. इसके अलावा पुरानी गुग्गुल में रक्त शर्करा को कम करने वाले गुण भी मौजूद होते हैं.
2. महिलाओं की परेशानियों में
गुग्गुल महिलाओं की कई परेशानियों जैसे कि बांझपन और मासिक धर्म के विकारों में इस्तेमाल की जाती है. आयुर्वेद में इससे संबंधित कई महत्वपूर्ण बातें कही गई हैं.
3. कोलेस्ट्रॉल को नियंत्रित करने में
गुग्गुल में रक्त को शुद्ध करने और इसे फिर से जीवंत करने का गुण होता है. इसलिए यह शरीर से विषाक्त पदार्थों को दूर का सकता है. ये शरीर की प्रतिरक्षा में सुधार और लिपिड स्तर को भी नियंत्रित कर सकता है. कोलेस्ट्रॉल और ट्राइग्लिसराइड के स्तर को कम करने के लिए एक प्राकृतिक उत्पाद है.
4. मौखिक समस्याओं में
इसमें एंटीसेप्टिक और एस्ट्रिंजेंट गुण पाए जाते हैं. आप इसका उपयोग कमजोरी, पाइरिया आदि के इलाज कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए एक गिलास गर्म पानी में दो ग्राम गुग्गल को पिघलाए और इसे माउथ वाश और गरारे करें.
5. वजन कम करने में
वजन कम करने के लिए भी इसका इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. आयुर्वेद के अनुसार वजन बढ़ने का कारण है वात और कफ का संतुलन बिगड़ना. इसे ठीक करने के लिए गुग्गुल आ प्रयोग किया जाता है. इसके लिए आप गुग्गुल का प्रयोग करें.
6. पाचन को करे बेहतर
यह भूख और सामान्य पाचन तंत्र को भी बढ़ावा देने का काम करता है. अपच, सूजन और पेट फूलने से राहत देने में भी इसका इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. यह लिवर विषाक्त पदार्थ को हटाकर इसके कायाकल्प का भी कार्य करता है.
7. जोड़ों के दर्द को करे कम
यह जोड़ों में दर्द और सामान्य सूजन को कम करने में मदद करता है. आयुर्वेद में बाहरी उपयोग में दर्द और सूजन को कम करने में यह उपयोगी होती है. इसका प्रयोग गठिया, कटिस्नायुशूल और जोड़ों के दर्द को दूर करने में किया जाता है.
8. श्वसन समस्याओं में
गुग्गुल फेफड़े के स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ाकर पुरानी खाँसी, ब्रोंकाइटिस, अस्थमा और तपेदिक के इलाज में बहुत उपयोगी साबित होती है. इसके अलावा यह मूत्र कैलकुली और सिस्टिटिस के उपचार के लिए भी उपयोगी साबित होती है.
9. त्वचा के लिए उपयोगी
त्वचा की विभिन्न परेशानियों को दूर करने में भी गुग्गुल का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. अल्सर और घावों का इलाज करने के लिए गुग्गुल का प्रयोग नारियल के तेल में मिलाकर किया जाता है. प्रभावित त्वचा क्षेत्र पर उपयोग किया जाता है.
10. स्तंभन दोष के उपचार में
स्तंभन दोष के लिए गुग्गुल सबसे अच्छा आयुर्वेदिक उपाय है. चूंकि यह वजन घटाने और मधुमेह में मदद करता है, इसलिए यह हर्बल दवाई स्तंभन दोष रोग में इस्तेमाल की जा सकती है. यह पुरुष कामेच्छा को बढ़ा देता है और यह शुक्राणुओं की संख्या को बढ़ाता है.

गुग्गुल के नुकसान

  • इसलिए गर्भावस्था और स्तनपान के दौरान इसके उपयोग से बचाना चाहिए.
  • गुग्गुल थायरॉयड के कार्य को प्रभावित करता है इसलिए निष्क्रिय या अतिरक्त थायरॉयड में सावधानी से उपयोग करें.
  • अधिक मात्रा में सेवन करना लिवर के लिए हानिकारक हो सकता है.

दारुहरिद्रा सदाबहार झाड़ियों के रूप में लगभग 2 या 3 मीटर ऊंची होती है. इसके पत्ते 4.9 सेमी लंबे और 1.8 सेमी चौड़े होते हैं. भारत और नेपाल में इसको सबसे अधिक उगाया जाता है. लेकिन इसके पौधे हिमालय, भूटान, श्री लंका और नेपाल के पहाड़ी इलाकों में भी पाए जाते हैं. दारुहरिद्रा को भारतीय बारबेरी, ट्री हल्दी आदि के नामों से भी जाना जाता है. इसे ताज़ा फल के रूप में खाया भी जाता है. दारुहरिद्रा में एंटिफंगल, जीवाणुरोधी, सूजन को कम करने वाले, एंटीऑक्सिडेंट और हेपेटोप्रोटेक्टिव जैसे गुण पाए जाते हैं. इसका उपयोग बुखार, अल्सर, सूजन, संक्रमण, त्वचा की समस्याएं, आंखों की बीमारियों, घावों, दस्त के उपचार में किया जाता है. यह हृदय की विफलता, मलेरिया, लिवर रोग और पीलिया जैसे स्वास्थ्य की समस्याओं को दूर करने में हमारी मदद करता है. आइए अब दारुहरिद्रा के फायदे और नुकसान को विस्तार से समझें.

1. सूजन को करे कम
दारुहरिद्रा में एंटी-ग्रेन्युलोमा और एंटी-इन्फ्लैमेटरी के गुण मौजूद होते हैं. इनका काम सूजन को रोकना है.इसके आलावा इससे बने पेस्ट का उपयोग करके रहूमटॉइड आर्थराइटिस में दर्द और सूजन को दूर किया जा सकता है.
2. दस्त के उपचार में
इसमें हेपेटो-प्रोटेक्टिव, कार्डियोवास्कुलर, एंटीकैंसर और एंटीमिक्रोबियल गुणों के साथ-साथ एंटीस्पास्मोडिक, एंटीडिअरायल और एंटीमैरलियल जैसी गतिविधियों का भी पता चला है. इसलिए दस्त के समय इसका उपयोग किया जाता है. इसके लिए दारुहरिद्रा को पीसकर शहद के साथ मिश्रित करके इस्तेमाल करें.
3. शुगर के उपचार में
दारुहरिद्रा में एचबीए1सी को कम करने की क्षमता पाई जाती है जो कि रक्त ग्लूकोज के स्तर को नियंत्रित कर सकता है. इसके अतिरिक्त इसमें ग्लूकोज को नियंत्रित करके कार्बोहाइड्रेट का उपापचय भी करता है. जिससे शुगर के मरीजों को फायदा होता है.
4. कैंसर के उपचार में
बेरबेरीन और करक्यूमिन के संयोजन में दारुहरिद्रा का सेवन करने से एमसीएफ -7, ए 5 9 4, जर्कट, हेप-जी 2 और के 562 कोशिकाओं में एंटीकैंसर प्रभाव देखा जाता है. इसलिए इसका संयोजन कैंसर के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है.
5. बवासीर के उपचार में
दारुहरिद्रा को मक्खन के साथ 33 से 100 सेंटीग्राम की खुराक के साथ देने से रक्तस्त्राव थमता है. बवासीर के उपचार में इसे एक पतले घोल के रूप में भी बाह्य रूप से भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. इसके अलावा दारुहरिद्रा की जड़ की छाल में मौजूद बेरबेरिन में एंटिफंगल, जीवाणुरोधी, एंटीऑक्सिडेंट और एंटीवायरल गुण पाया जाता है.
6. बुखार में फायदेमंद
यह मलेरिया बुखार में, विशेष रूप से शरीर के तापमान में वृद्धि से राहत पाने में उपयोगी है. इसकी छाल और जड़ की छाल को एक काढ़े के रूप में दिया जाता है. काढ़े को 25 से 75 ग्राम की खुराक में दो बार या एक दिन में तीन बार देना चाहिए.
7. आँखों के लिए
मक्खन और फिटकिरी या अफीम या चूने के रस के साथ दारुहरिद्रा को मिलाकर आंखों और अन्य नेत्र रोगों के उपचार में पलकों पर बाह्य रूप से इसे लगाया जाता है. दूध के साथ मिक्स करने पर यह नेत्रश्लेष्मलाशोथ या कंजंक्टिवाइटिस (आँख आना) में लोशन के रूप में प्रभावी रूप से इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है.
8. पीरियड्स के दौरान
पीरियड्स के दौरान महिलाओं की परेशानियों को दूर करने के लिए भी इसका इस्तेमाल किया जात है. ये मासिक धर्म के दौरान अत्यधिक रक्तचाप को कम करने में मदद कर सकती है. इसलिए मासिक धर्म के समय दर्द और ऐंठन से राहत के लिए 13 से 25 ग्राम की खुराक में इस्तेमाल करें.
9. त्वचा के लिए
त्वचा रोगों से निजात पाने के लिए आमतौर पर इसकी 13 से 25 ग्राम की खुराक दी जाती है. इसकी छाल का काढ़ा और जड़ की छाल मुहांसे, अल्सर और घावों के लिए एक शुद्धिकारक के रूप में इस्तेमाल की जाती है. 

दारुहरिद्रा के नुकसान

  • यह रक्त में शर्करा के स्तर को कम कर सकता है, इसलिए मधुमेह वाले लोग इसका उपयोग चिकित्सक के परामर्श के बाद ही करें.
  • एक सीमित मात्रा में इसका उपयोग बच्चों में और स्तनपान के दौरान किया जा सकता है.
  • गर्भावस्था के दौरान उपयोग करने के लिए चिकित्सा सलाह लें.

The fact that peppermint tea does not contain caffeine may be a boon or a bane.

If you want to enjoy a cup of tea that won’t add to your caffeine content, peppermint tea is a good choice as is any other herbal tea.

But if you need a tea that keeps you awake at night, you need to go for your traditional cup of tea or coffee. In fact, peppermint tea has a soothing effect and is said to be good for a good night’s sleep.

Reasons behind failed IVF cycle

Dear lybrate-user, You should make lifestyle and dietary changes before undergoing the treatments. Exercise regularly sothat your overall body fat will reduce which will show up on your face as well. Drink lot of water. Avoid fatty and starchy foods. Reduce the intake of salt as it can lead to water retention. Sleep well and keep away from alcohol. Try to see whether you have any food allergies. If so avoid that stuff. Also try to rule out any kidney problems by consulting a Doctor. Take a deep brath and hold that air in your cheeks, then push it into the other cheek. You can do this cheek puff exercise several times a day. Also try to do facial steam two times a day. Blow a balloon and release the air out. Do this also several times a day. Try chewing sugar free gum for atleat 15 mts two times a day. You can also try cosmetic acupuncture and hijama to reduce facial fat.
