You can take flax seeds in raw form after meals mixed with saunf or you can add them over salads. Make sure you drink a lot of water as seeds have a lot of fibre which needs water for digestion or they may cause bloating.

Hi stomach or belly fat is most difficult to lose. You need to start exercising 20 mins and 30 mins regular walk. You can also start by having warm water with lemon and honey in morning. And for a complete diet plan send a private msg.

My son is 3.4 years old. Till the age of 3 he had a regular period of passing stool. Every morning immediately after he used to get up. All of a sudden he has started passing his stool every 4 days. He does not eat ant fruit except banana and cough. He has fruit juices. I also give him green veggies. But he has no other problem like stomach bloating or pain .hes happy and playful and active too. I consulted his pediatrician. He said give him leafy vegetables. But m still worried.

Hi lybrate-user You need to increase fibre in his diet and give chapati of multigrain atta with ghee and gur. Also put methi or palak in atta and make paratha and give to child with butter or ghee. Stop biscuits and Maida products immediately. If child eats bread then give veg sandwich with cheese. Also can try giving gur daliya.

Actually I suffered from chest infection from last 20 days I always drink cold water and do smoke hooka but later I got relief from phlegm then now I got acidic issue due to regular whisky with soda and heaviness on upper abdomen and had lumps on back of my tongue. That may be acid reflux, stomach bloating, hichkhichat in throat. Due to excess of false thinking I was developing some bad ideas about this problem I got stress and anxiety but finally there is much relief in lumps and but feel difficult to swallow my saliva when I think about it otherwise while swallowing food there is no pain and problem. Kindly prescribe me medicines for acid reflux and antibiotics for lumps bacterial allergy and chest phlegm so that I can get rid of this problem. Hello lybrate-user With immediate effect stop 1.hooka or any other form of smoke 2.whisky or any alcoholic drink 3. All spicy foods and oily or fried food Start having warm water in the morning empty stomach with lemon and half tsp honey. Do not lie down immediately after eating. You need to reduce weight so start walking daily for 40 mins and keep active all throughout the day. For lumps meet a doctor and then msg me on private to know details of weight loss program.

Hi I am happy that you have become health conscious, And a good diet and workout combination goes a long way. But make sure of one thing that you are not over stressing your knees. With extra weight in body if you suddenly start jogging it will have more damage then good So make sure you walk run walk run. It will be more effective and always do pre and post workout stretching. Regarding diet Stop all processed food and anything coming from a packet. Stop liquid sugar in all forms. Take more fibre as in whole grains oats and salads. For a detailed customised plan do pm me.

Hi lybrate-user workout should be chosen on 2 basis what you will enjoy for more time secondly is it suitable for your body type. If you are overweight and do a lot of jumping exercises you may hurt your knees So you can ask the karate instructor that can you start with your present weight. Also try to have a proper meal pattern daily.

Hello I agree that your father has lost a lot of weight but my humble advice is please refer to the hospital dietitian who can monitor them on day to day basis as his parameters will be checked regularly. Just make sure his diet is of fresh food ,nothing that comes in a packet .No Maida products. More green vegetables more protein intake like Dals whole beans, eggs If he can digest and chicken soup.

Hi, Yes, you need to lose weight but nothing happens overnight .We need to make a plan according to your lifestyle and eating habits. Please start doing 40 mins walk or any kind of cardio daily. Also have 3 litre water daily. Specially in the morning empty stomach. Eat small meals and do not eat post 8 pm. For detailed discussion please private message me.
