I have hyperthyroid I am loosing weight day by day and my eyes are going deeper dy/day I am taking thyronorm 75 from 3 months and only I can take green vegetables as diet so tell me is ghee good for me if I have to take it further in morning.

Yes you can use 2 tsp ghee daily in chapati form but if your thyronorm suits you then weight should stop at a point. Please get your sugar levels checked.

Hey. I want to gain weight I am just 50 kg and my height is 165 cm. Can you help me out.
Hi I can surely help you. I hope you do not have any medical conditions like hyperthyroidism or diabetes type 1 ,in that case its difficult to gain weight. But if you are not able to gain weight due to high metabolic rate it can be solved. Start eating calorie dense meals after every 3 hours. Instead of drinking normal milk drink milk shake made of banana and peanut butter ,or add nuts to all your meals. Consume high protein high good fat foods like paneer, cheese and seeds. But do check your thyroid and sugar levels first.

Hi lybrate-user You definitely need to get your thyroid levels checked as well as sugar levels checked. After that make sure you add a lot of protein to your diet like eggs, nuts,cheese ,paneer ,dry fruits. Drink milk shake made of fruits like banana and some nuts like walnut and almonds.

Hi lybrate-user Yoga is helpful for keeping your body and mind in tandem with your surroundings .It's great for maintaining flexibility but if you need weight loss you have to do suryanamaskars and also add cardio to the routine along with it please maintain a good diet which does not contain anything packed or processed. Have 3 litres water. Stay away from anything sweet.

Hi lybrate-user Are you taking it under someone s guidance like a trainer or physio because unless you do a very heavy workout 120 gm protein is more then enough and can cause load on your kidneys. So specify why you take so much. Secondly it's good to take unienzyme but is there a reason why you want to take. You can chat with me on personal chat on Lybrate regarding this.

You have to keep practising and don't give baby easy options of feeding like bottle ,then baby will not try to suck also. And if giving bottle try to give your milk only. You can pump your milk and feed that to baby by bottle.

HI lybrate-user Your diet and exercise will help you to achieve both. As you can still gain a inch till you are 21. Have a good protein rich diet like eggs pulses nuts and lean meat .D o a lot of physical activity like basketball, volley ball gymnastics swimming etc.
