Hi, homoeopathic medicines are very useful in getting relief, so do take ledum pal 30 and hypericum 30 - both thrice a day daily for 4 weeks. (these are safe to take even if you are lactating). Revert for further guidance.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I am 23 years old male. I am having shin splints from past 1 month. I went to a orthopedist. He did x-rays of my legs and he said everything is fine and gave me pain killers. I did every stretching exercises he told me to do but my shin splints are not healing as I am taking full rest now a days but I am having my Indian Army physical test after two months. Thanks in advance.

You should give rest to you legs for ate at-least two-three weeks, then you should start training gradually increasing distance. You can also apply Medicrepe bandages to both calf while you are walking/running to expedite healing.

Hello, your knee joints are in degenerative phase. To prevent further damage to your knees, follow these advise:- 1. Walk regularly for at least 15-20 min in the morning. 2. Wear knee cap to protect your joints. Perform knee exercises which i'll teach you in the next session.
