If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Diet and lack of exercise are the two most important factors that contribute to obesity. Hi, Take cap. Lucogyl 1 cap 3 times a day and Ashotone syrup 2 tsf twice daily diluted with equal quantity of water. Use Panchavalkala lotion thrice a day to keep the genital area clean. Use all these medicines for about a week or 10 days.

Due to below low level of Vitamin B12 n D3, Iron deficiency, Doctor has asked for Vitamin shots which cost 4-5 k per injections. Need​ to know what kind of treatment is this which will balance nutritional deficiencies. Other Dr. has prescribed inexpensive injections n tablets for same. V B12 is 49, V D3 is 4.39, Ferritin 3.3, Iron 22.2, HB 12.

Hello Sonal.. Vitamin deficiency does not need injections even... It is not an emergency.. and by proper multivitmain Tablets and nutritious diet you can recover the vitamin deficiencies... What important here is to take care that it doesn't get low again... for that you have to take proper treatment to cure the cause... taking only vitamins is not a solution.

Hello, Any temperature of water you drink should not facilitate belly fat. Belly fat accumulation can be due to hormonal imbalance, faulty lifestyle, stress, lack of exercise etc. There is, no connection between the temperature of water and reduction in belly fat. It is a lifestyle problem.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. I have diabetes and I am taking medicine. Generally the limit remains under control i.e. Post and fasting limit. But sometimes I have observed that fasting also 175 and post lunch (after two hours) is also below 200. Is this variation is acceptable, please advise.

Variations in fasting and pp blood sugar is mainly due to irragular diet shedule/content. It may also be due to irragularity in timings of medicines. It can be due to irragular exercise shedule also.
