You could be having or developing something serious and I recommend that you meet with a counsellor and if that person advises you to meet a doctor you should do so and cooperate with both the therapies. If your parents are around they could accompany you to inform about any childhood influences and genetic details. You are fluctuating from depression to elation and this combination has to be treated fro a long time perhaps.

1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair. 7. Take 1 tsf dhatupaushtik churna with milk twice daily 20 min after meals. 8. Take 12 almonds soaked overnight daily early morning before breakfast.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Seeds and dry fruits are good source of a lot of nutrients and so can be consumed by people. They can be taken at any time of the day. It's not necessary to take them every day. One can take a spoonful of various kinds of seeds and dry fruits. One should be aware of the total calories consumed (along with the daily food, as the dry fruits have good calorie count) while eating them.

First you need a medical check ups if you are suffering from any disease or not.Along with this do regular exercise like yoga,push ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise to gain weight.Increase eating.Use bigger plate.Add ghee,butter,cheese,cream with food.Add extra amount of oil in cooking.eat cake,pastries,chocolate,ice cream more.Eat more dense fruits,vegetables,refined foods with unrefined.Take more protein to gain weight.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.No smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Take nuts,seeds extra as snacks.Use weight gainer supplement.

Hi lybrate-user, you have to change your lifestyle like go for a walk or jog, whichever you feel like that helps you or which you are comfortable with. Add some protein rich food to your diet like pulses, eggs, beans, soyabean, etc and add vegetables and fruits in your diet. Drink a good amount of water.
