My niece has a gallstone of 4.5mm. She is going to get four years old this July. She was laparoscopically operated for appendix this February. She occasionally says that her stomach pains but otherwise she is normal. What are her options.

Follow health advises given below: Measure temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines your mother is taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling. The most important aspect of any weight loss routine is diet. Even if you workout for several hours in a day, but have a bad diet, it will hamper your results. You need to include clean foods in your diet that contain lean protein, essential fatty acid as well as complex carbohydrates. Lean sources of protein include chicken, egg whites, whey and legumes. You should consume at least one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight for maintaining muscle mass, when losing weight. Complex carbohydrates are excellent for weight loss as they provide you with energy slowly. Complex carbohydrates are present in foods such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Consuming essential fatty acids may prove effective in enabling you to lose weight from your stomach. This is due to the fact that they help in promoting weight loss, contrary to saturated fats.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day do for 7 days you will feel better for medicine contact on private chat.

take kaunch paka, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, twice a day, i hr after meals. Take drakshadi khsyam, 2 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water before meals, twice a day. Make sure your sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Cut down the intake of spicy food, junk food in your diet. continue the regime for 2 months. good luck

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food and one tablet of rantac (150mg) before food twice daily 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

milk generally isn't insufficient let her suckle till she sleeps. If the cries are harsh then there might be some other problem like colic etc.

Dear lybrate user, you seem to be having multiple problems, let me try to solve one by one. There could be many reasons for bladder prolapse, but most likely uterine fibroids would cause uterine prolapse. You can get a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound done to confirm. Uncontrolled diabetes may require insulin, you should check it regularly and may continue with oral hypoglycemics if controlled with that. You must use sunscreen cream to protect your self from sun. Some breast cancer may be inherited not all. Hashimoto thyroiditis is autoimmune disease. You must consult endocrinologist.

a gd high fibre diet in the form of thoroughly washed raw/ steamed/ boiled vegetable salads in both meals, a good high protein diet like milk (low fat) and products made out of that, lean meat options, will help u control ur appetite

Usually low back pain is amplified with periods of stress, poor posture, weak abdominals and/or excessive body weight. There are many exercises that should be performed to address the issue of back pain from standing. These exercises try to relieve both the tightness and imbalances in the lumbar spine. Please consult a Physiotherapist privately to learn these exercises. Here are a few simple tips to try at home: -heat therapy can provide both pain relief and healing benefits for many types of lower back pain. Try use heat therapy in form of heating pads, heat wraps, hot baths, etc. -Keep moving and keep your back mobile. -Stretch. Don't sit slumped in your desk chair all day. Get up every 20 minutes or so and stretch the other way. Because most of us spend a lot of time bending forward in our jobs, it's important to stand up and stretch backward throughout the day. -Think ergonomically. Design your workspace so you don't have to hunch forward to see your computer monitor or reach way out for your mouse. Use a desk chair that supports your lower back and allows you to keep your feet planted firmly on the floor. -Watch your posture. Slumping makes it harder for your back to support your weight. Be especially careful of your posture when lifting heavy objects. Never bend over from the waist. Instead, bend and straighten from the knees. -Watch your weight. Use diet and exercise to keep your weight within a healthy range for your height. Being overweight puts excess stress on your spine. Go and see a Doctor if -Your low back pain is severe, doesn't go away after a few days, or it hurts even when you're at rest or lying down. You have weakness or numbness in your legs, or you have trouble standing or walking. You lose control over your bowels or bladder. These could be signs that you have a nerve problem or another underlying medical condition that needs to be treated.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.
