There is automatic release of sperms when you stop masturbation. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take light dinner always. Follow this and give feedback.

What medicines are best for the treatment of sugar? What are their side effect? 2.
Treatment of diabetes depends on many factors. What is the duration of diabetes, type of diabetes, your age, your job profile, other factors like kidney and liver parameters. So treatment of diabetes changes from person to person. The main aim is to control blood sugar (glucose) levels within the normal range, with minimal fluctuations to low or high levels. Type 1 diabetes is treated with: insulin exercise and a healthy balanced diet type 2 diabetes is treated with lifestyle changes with weight reduction, healthy diet, and exercise, oral medications. If oral medications become ineffective treatment with insulin is started. Gestation diabetes (in pregnant woman) limited oral medicine and insulin is needed.

Mindless Munching - Here's How You Can Cut it Down?

Mindless munching is usually caused by boredom as well as stress and fatigue, in many cases. Also, not eating your meals on time is another reason why we suddenly feel hungry and end up eating all types of wrong food. This kind of mindless munching usually makes us ingest empty calories, which can make us put on weight and face other health issues in the long run as well. Many of these snacks also contain lots of oil, fat and salt which can cause a range of diseases like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and other cardiovascular conditions.

So, how can you cut down on mindless munching? Read on to know more!

  1. Visual reminders: A great way to ensure that you do not succumb to sudden and unhealthy cravings is to place visual reminders on your desk and on the fridge. Get a print out of the things that motivate you, eating healthy, the daily calorie intake that you need to follow, your goal weight it can be anything! Place these around you so that you realise how much better off you are without the mindless eating. 
  2. Small plates and tall glasses: You can use tall glasses in order to ensure that you are ingesting plenty of water. Many times, mental hunger can be cured with a big glass of water. So even when you are having a snack or a meal, keep a tall glass of water to fill yourself up instead of feeling hungry later and eating mindlessly. Also, use smaller crockery in order to eat less. As per psychologists, this tends to have a bearing on the eating patterns of the person by creating a visual reminder of one helping at a time. 
  3. Variety: Eat all colors of food in order to get more variety, but limit the variety to more healthy food. Keep the various kinds of chips and wafers away from your home and pantry so that you have no choice, but to snack on fruit and dry fruit as well as other healthy options when the munchies strike!
  4. Be deliberate and present: When you eat slowly, you allow the satisfaction of a good meal to wash over you. This ensures that you have less scope to indulge in mindless eating later. Also, you will feel fuller when you have been more deliberate and present with your meal. This can be done by switching off all devices and the television or smart phone, in particular and actually taking the time to enjoy your food. Many psychologists say that distractions tend to make us eat more, and more often. So it is best to cut these out before you start eating. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

Migraine is a relapsing type of headache. It is usually seen in females but may occur in males too. Dear Lybrate User. You are making some efforts to lose weight, however some of the efforts are not in the right direction. Things like Amla Juice or Aloe Vera have no effect on weight loss. These are just general health tonics. These products are mainly promoted as short cuts to weight loss, however there are no short cuts in nature. If you have to lose weight, then only a regulated diet and continuous exercise will help you. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. - Double your water intake. One glass every hour. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. - Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. - Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. - Love yourself and respect your body.

You may be having anxiety or stress.Avoid stress.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy.Go for regular exercise,play some games in the evening.Don't sleep in the daytime. Practice yoga,meditation,and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind and relieve stress.Take light dinner,avoid tea,coffee ,smoking at bed time. Go for a small walk after dinner and take bath before going to bed.Avoid sleeping pill.Consult doctor if no relief

A nagging achy pain in the shoulder is something that all must have experienced, especially aged people. Some choose to ignore it while for others, the pain may be so debilitating that it interferes with daily routine considerably. Making an appointment with an expert orthopedic doctor should be your priority. Meanwhile, here are some easy to follow tips to manage shoulder pain:

  1. Applying ice- Shoulder pain is normally caused due to inflammation of the tendons, and since ice is the natural reliever of inflammation, you can get some relief with the application of ice. It can slow down blood flow to the affected region and thereby reduces the pain. You should apply ice for about 20 minutes and try to keep your shoulders at an elevated position.
  2. Paying attention to the neck- It is no surprise that the shoulders and neck are closely positioned, and they always have an impact on each other. Sometimes, shoulder pain is caused by neck pain, and both of them can be relieved by practicing gentle neck stretches at home. You should also replace old mattress and pillows and opt for thicker pillows for the desired level of support.

You should also try to review your daily activities such as sleeping positions, motions, and habits that may have an adverse impact on the shoulders.
  5. Warming up- You may use a heating pad to keep the shoulders warm and do some gentle exercise if it doesn’t cause any discomfort. This will warm up the muscles for a wide range of activities and improve circulation.
  6. Strengthening the rhomboids- The muscle located in between the shoulders is termed as rhomboids. These muscles are essential for normal shoulder movements, and it is important to keep them stronger to hold the shoulders in the right position and support the weight of the arms and perform pushing and pulling effectively.

Experiencing shoulder pain is an issue, but with these effective measures targeted at relief, you may manage it easily and take part in all the activities that you love to.
