You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. (PLEASE DON'T WASH YOUR FACE SO FREQUENTLY AS FREQUENT WASHING TAKES AWAY YOUR NATURAL OIL AND TO COMPENSATE THAT, IT START SECRETING MORE AND MORE OIL)!

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Kali Brom 30 ( 4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2.Berberis Aquifolium Q ( 10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. Avoid fried and spicy food. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. Avoid harsh skin products.

Wean off highly-processed foods and eat more lean protein, healthy fats (butter, coconut oil, avocado), and zinc-rich foods such as oysters, grass-fed beef, spinach, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate. I also recommend adding more cruciferous vegetables to your diet such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, and collard greens. These foods help detoxify your body from estrogenic compounds in your environment.

Sir I am suffering from insomnia since last 2 weeks and tried many things but nothing did worked please tell me what should I do.

I can understand how disturbing an interuppted, inappropriate or disturbed sleep can affect your day to day life. In india it has been found 55% of patients are suffering from insomnia just because of stress, distractions and anxiety. So the best way to get rid from insomnia is to reduce the stress level. A physiotherapist can help you to give you the ways to relax your mind and give you comfort and stress full sleep. Consult some neurologist/neuropyschiatric and start taking medicine if it is due to some neurological discorder. And consult nearby physio who can make a perfect routine and daily life styl chart to make you relax so that you get an appropriate sleep. Please follow some points that will help you in such condition along with medical treatment: 1) use of ice packs over your eyes or frontal area for some time to give relaxation. 2) massage your head especially forehead area using levander oil or clove oil as it removes toxins from body 3) regular intake of healthy dietry food rich in proteins and vitamins. 4) avoid fasting - eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings 5) make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life which help in pain reduction. 6) before sleeping time do some relaxation exercises. - sit on chair with both the hands placed on the pillow placed over thighs. - deep inhale from your nose, mouth should be closed. - hold your breath for the count of 5. - exhale completely from mouth making a loud sound. Continue to do this exercise for 10 times. Before going to bed make a habit of doing this daily. Modified technique of same exercise is while inhaling extend your arms, hold for 5 count and then exhale making your arms back in the rest position. 7) room modification while sleep - make sure room should be dark with no noise. Avoid sleeping immediately after dinner or food. Take a walk for 15 min and then come back, bed should be not too soft not too hard. 8) it is recommended to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. It is also a very good habit to start and finish your day by drinking a good glass of purifying water. 9) exerices like aerobics (running) can be done to make your muscles active. Many other ways are there in order to maintain your life stress free and active so that you can continue to sleep on time and it does affect your life. For more help or instructions please consult. Grind sesame seeds and mix it in almond oil. Apply this on your scalp for few weeks as it will help in preventing your hair from turning white. Your hair will turn black if you use this solution. Hi, from your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

I'm 68 yrs male, height: 5' 4, weight: ~75kg, taking medicine (one tab telma40) for hypertension for the last 10 yrs or so (amlopres 5 was added for the last 4-5 yrs). Bp used to be in the vicinity of 140/85 (with above medication). Since a month or so, my bp shot up to: 160-175/90-105 (on an average). I an feel little heaviness in my head and eyes. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Your problem is of increased acid. Avoid spicy and fried food. Avoid tea and coffee. Take a cap of razo-d once daily empty stomach for about two weeks.

Hello lybrate-user, as you are suffering from psoriasis, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using ayurveda. Coconut oil is best remedy for dry skin to be applied after taking bath. You can use salytar soap. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily, ghee,prepretions, fast, spacy, junck, foods. Take simple veg food with less oil, green vegitabales, salad, do arobic excersices, yoga to digest oil in your body. Bath with neem soap. Wash face with neem face wash dry than apply Aloe vera cream two times steaming will also help you.
