I have too much dandruff on my scalfs. hair fall happens. I do not want to lose my hair. Pls help me.
Homeopathy is a wonderful alternative treatment option for hairfall & Dandruff. Homeopathic medicines are safe and effective in their action. They act at the root to stop recurrence of hairfall. The most recommended Homeopathic medicines are phos, can noth, acid phos, selen ,acid fluor, weisbaden, jaborandi, Kali Sul, Natrum Mur, arnica etc. I need detailed case history to find out cause and treat accordingly. You can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Dear Lybrate user, Though getting abortion done usually doesn't cause any problem, sometimes it can. However, if you want to have another child it is better to continue pregnancy.

Diet you are giving may be heavy and good as per your perception but may not be sufficient for bay. Give him well cooked oily diet frequently including milk. Continue breast milk till 2 years of age.

How should I reduce work stress? I have started worrying a lot and feeling very insecure with my work and unnecessarily getting worried about small things. My behaviour is rude towards my employees. What should I do?

Hi lybrate-user, Worrying too much about your work or the tasks that need to be done promptly primarily causes stress and fatigue in the workplace. Developing pressure from the top management also contributes a lot in our stress and fatigue. First of all develop a balance between work and personal life. Have some me time- enjoy what you love doing, develop hobby, listen to Music. And practice humour in Life, do not take life and work so seriously that you miss the fun of it. Exercise. Moderate amounts of exercise can actually help your mood. You will have more energy and require less sleep. Eat healthy foods. It could certainly lower your stress level. Furthermore, eating your meals properly at the right time can do so much wonder to your weary mind and body. Never ever skip meals. Even if you are on the rush going to work, never ever skip breakfast. Eating breakfast contribute a lot in making you totally rev up and brisk for the entire working day. Talk to a therapist to better manage your stress. You can consult me or any psychologist for same all the best.

My father went to medical test and report came as prostate PSA is 11.70 but ultrasound report was ok. Please advice
You need to get a repeat Ultrasound of KUBP region & Trans-rectal Ultrasound for Detailed examination of the prostate. A repeat PSA after 2 weeks. If its still high Then MRI/Prostatic biopsy should be done after consulting Uro-Surgeon.

I am 20 years old. I have teeth pain problem. I used collagate pest but not relief are here. I want best sueegation.

I am 20 years old. I have teeth pain problem. I used collagate pest but not relief are here. I want best sueegation.
None of the toothpaste can give you relief from pain, paste is just a medium to keep the teeth clean. If you have pain with your teeth then you should visit a dentist so that he can just examine that you are having generalized teeth pain or gum problem, or there is some particular tooth which is carious & giving pain, accordingly the treatment plan will vary, scaling or fillings or root canal treatment.

What you are facing is nothing but exam related tension, which is quite common. ADVICE: There is no pill for this but you can follow these tips which can be helpful: •Drink lots of water. At night, as you study, keep water at hand and sip it regularly. •Avoid tea and coffee. Yes caffeine will wake you up and give you a buzz right away. But once the effect wears off; you will feel even more tired and sleepy than you were before. This happens because these drinks dehydrate you. •Have a balanced diet: Eat a heavy and healthy breakfast but have a light dinner. If you feel hungry at night, eat fruits, dry fruits, and salads only. Avoid junk food. •Take a 20-30 minute nap during the day. This shall help you to concentrate better. •As you study, whenever you feel tired or sleepy or even stressed, take a minute to practice yoga- breathing exercises. Concentrating on your breath can help bring more oxygen to the brain which will in turn wake the body up and help clear your mind to study better. All the best!:)

I HAVE BEEN TAKING ANTI-ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION PILLS SINCE ADOLESCENCE AFTER A MENTAL- BREAKDOWN. IS THERE A CHANCE THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO BE PSYCHOLOGY STABLE WITHOUT THESE MEDICATIONS. MY AGE IS 24 NOW.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
Are you sure that it is only depression? If you had a break down, it could be more serious than you think. Any way coming off of medicine can only take place if you are also doing some form of therapy and developing new skills. Failing this you may have to wait a long time and hope that the chemical difference in the brain is stabilized with prescription drugs. Even then you will need to have at least a three year period of episode-free living. Ideally medication combined with talk therapy will enable you to become drug-free after a three year hiatus. Through behavior modification much adjustment can be achieved, and with improved coping mechanisms life may be faced with gusto. You are still young, and your prognosis is good, subject to your cooperation with the therapy. One important action is to start vigorous exercise which can make the brain produce natural antidepressants minus the side-effects. There are many more things to do, and if you are interested, you may contact me for a little list of the same.
