I Am suffering from back pain for last month onwards, please suggest to rectify the problem.

I Am suffering from back pain for last month onwards, please suggest to rectify the problem.
Back pain is an all-too-familiar problem that can range from a dull, constant ache to a sudden, sharp pain that leaves you incapacitated. It can come on suddenly—from an accident, a fall, or lifting something heavy—or it can develop slowly, perhaps as the result of age-related changes to the spine. One of the best things you can do to prevent back pain is to exercise regularly and keep your back muscles strong. Eating a healthy diet also is important. For one thing, eating to maintain a healthy weight—or to lose weight, if you are overweight—helps you avoid putting unnecessary and injury-causing stress and strain on your back. To keep your spine strong, as with all bones, you need to get enough calcium and vitamin D every day. I would suggest you to do video consultation with us for further evaluation and management:

No need to panic. As per what you had discussed you are suffering from Large Intestine Heat which is attacking your shoulder. Just follow Hand Acupressure Chart Which is Available on net in this you will find all the points. Just Press the points three times and for two or three minutes in a day for few days. Your pain will not occur again.

You need to undergo a biopsy for diagnosis. Initially a FNAB can be done, and if required an open biopsy may be needed. Once the reports come, the management can be started. Please consult a General surgeon for the same.
