I'm 21 now. From last few days I feel painful back pain. What do I do now for this ?
Backache in young age is commonly due to 1. Muscle strain resulting from improper posture. 2. Intervertebral disc bulge or prolapse. Follow these to get relief. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief 2. Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved. 5. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling, numbness or weakness, consult your doctor immediately don't worry such backaches resolve with proper care as advised above. For further queries consult again.

I am 40 years and having ankylosis 15-20 years back. Taking no medicine & no problem in day to day activities. I have a restricted movement in neck & spine. Can some massage treatment (with some oils) can help to recover movement (spine bones that are fused)

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda, Zirakpur
Fused bones can't be separated but some oils give relaxation and strengthen muscles. Mahavishgarbh and mahanarayan oils of ayurveda are excellent. Do hot fomentation on neck area and then do gentle massage all around rigid area. Again may do fomentation if possible. But one major thing which is very important to adopt. Do yoga postures for neck and vertebral columns at least. Learn these. Slowly flexibility will come. Keep doing oils. Smell may be not so good but oils are very effective. Otherwise rumalaya liniment may be used. But I still prefer former ones. Orally: shigru capsules, rumalaya forte 1 bid each may be taken for four weeks. Report for further directions. For gut cleansing take 1/2 tsp of taruni kusumakar churna every night with warm water. It is essential for expelling aam in intestines.

Hi doctor my question was what do you mean by partial thickness tear of the posterior cruciate ligament? And it was dangerous or it will cure with medicines?

It's a ligament in knee joint. It's torn but not completely. It is dangerous if there is laxity and you may need reconstruction surgery arthroscopically. If not lax, then rehabilitation will do the job.
