Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. fatty liver means the disposition of fat in liver tissues and make them dead. fatty liver cause indigestion, heaviness in abdomen, jaundice, anemia, abdominal pain, tiredness..etc.. for ayurvedic treatment consult me online on my personal window.

Hello,don't worry, we should try the best, there may be an increase in your height at this age.Follow the following medication and guidelines---- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M,drops morning empty stomach *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops morning eh. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Going through pregnancy is an experience, which is truly unique and is one that an average woman goes through only a few times over the course of her life. Having said that, it is such a complex process that it is only expected that there are questions, which occur to a woman over the course of those nine eventful months, which need answers to. A qualified doctor is the right person to ask these questions to, but what exactly are the questions which need to be asked? Here is short list of a few of them.

What medicines should a woman make use of if she feels unwell during pregnancy?
Over the course of pregnancy, a woman is likely to feel ill due to a variety of issues. It could be a very bad case of heartburn or just a headache. A woman must ask her doctor about the right medicines for the issues. These medicines should be over-the-counter so that she can get them without needing a prescription and can take them without having to wait for an appointment. Generally, the doctor would provide a list of medicines to take in various scenarios. For example, in case there is fever with a headache, the doctor may prescribe Tylenol. Similarly, a fibre supplement may be advised in the case of constipation.

What should be the target weight and how fast should a woman gain it?
Considering that during pregnancy, a second and developing body needs to be nourished, the food requirements of a mother-to-be are much higher than an average woman. What this effectively means is that over the course of a few months, a woman may need to gain some weight in order to provide enough nutrition for the baby, without having her own levels of the same drop off a cliff! If a woman is underweight, this means that up to 40 pounds may need to be gained.

What are the exercises required to have an easy and smooth pregnancy?
It is to be kept in mind that gaining weight really does not mean that exercise is to be cut off. As a matter of fact, if a pregnant woman stays active to a reasonable level over her course of pregnancy, it is much better for both the mother as well as the baby. Also, the chances of water retention or anxiety are much less. Isn’t it worth to spend time exercising and avoid spending unnecessary time worrying on issues related to pregnancy?

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Dear, it is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance. Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that's not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This can leave you feeling tired the next day. The following tips help one to easily get into sleep: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. G) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. H) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). I) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks from our rich vedic literature. You may stream audio music and talks. J) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process, such as from our rich oldest vedic literature.
