Do regular exercise. Take 2 glass of water. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Mr. lybrate-user, Long standing diabetes tends to cause a number of complications including erectile dysfunction and loss of libido. This can happen even if there is fairy good control, but if there is persistent hyperglycemia, then it develops more rapidly. Ideally blood glucose should be FBS closer to 100 mg, PP between 150 to 180 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Even in spite of maintaining such tight control there can be ED. So primary need is to achieve strict blood glucose control and if needed you may have to take PDE - V inhibitors, as and when needed.

Yes, you are below weight but I would not advise you to do anything about it for now. You see weight gain on the other hand is a worldwide scourge and may people are fighting a losing battle with it. They would, any day, envy your ability to keep slim. If you are healthy and fit nothing else matters. Of course as a young lady you will want to look attractive and your figure will have a huge role to play in it. If you are comely, that is what matters. Think very carefully about it and if you are still insistent (much against my advice), then just eat more mixed carbohydrates and do exercise, regularly. You being prone to tension does not help because you could inadvertently hike up your metabolic rate and use up all the food to eat to tackle the tension. It will certainly have to do with emotions that are not expressed. I suggest you meet with a counselor and learn all about your feelings and how to express them, whenever they come up.

To maintain proper body weight you must follow balanced diet and regular workout.So do exercise to reduce weight.Eat small amount of food.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.No fast foods,junk foods processed foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.More protein foods will help to reduce extra weight. Dinner should be light.

It's very necessary to do workout to burn extra fat. Cut down your cereals and oils from daily diet. Plan a proper diet according to your schedule. No outside foods. Fast foods, oily foods, junk foods are enemies of heart. Saturated fat like oil, ghee, butter should cut down to keep your heart healthy. You can do cardio exercise. Follow those steps and you will be fit and stay healthy.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
