1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3. Control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, full cream milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, tomato, legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugars monthly and hba1c six monthly. 6.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soybean, sprouts, pulses and grains. 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Hello.... For lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily......... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... Avoid carbohydrate in diet.... Prefer protein..... Avoid junk food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets and bakery products..... Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns fat very fast..... Avoid mango, banana, cheeku, cheese, extra oil....... Take homoeopathic medicine Phytolacca berry ( 10 drops three times a day in half cup of water ).. Take it one hr after meal..... Take it for one month...... Update me after that for follow up.... I am under weight. I take food properly but I am not able to be healthy. How can I increase my weight and can be healthy ?

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Basically 7-8 hours of total daily sleep is enough. This is all stress and worries of life. May be issues of married life/future marriage, you may be having insecurities and fear. Just relax. Ask yourself what bothers you? have a positive self-talk, and learn what are those things you don't like. You need to accept your self and move on. You need to take care of your lifestyle and learn to be happy. If you cant do it yourself, meet a life coach/ stress management super-specialist like me. Hey. Relax. She will be alright. Give arsenic alb200 (4 pills every 2 hours for a day) instead of rice you can give her rice water. And give her sufficient water so that there is no dehydration. And a pinch of tea leaves to be chewed. She will be alright very soon. May god bless you.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods : • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours .Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself . • You can apply amla powder , Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it . • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo . • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily ,and a glass of milk also . • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .you can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

These are the causes of hair fall: •Acute illness (Typhoid, Malaria, Viral Fever) • Stress • Due to medicines (Anticancer drugs, Radiation therapy) • Due to under nutrition • Use of chemical products (Hair dyes, Hair gels, Bleaching) • Due to pollution For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. Do medical check ups and follow these guidelines. Do exercise like yoga, push ups and other muscle building exercise and others. Eat more than before. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Eat extra fish, egg, milk, meat to gain weight. Use extra healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take sleep properly. These are basic but for more quick and guaranteed result consult me privately on lybrate.

Dear user, we are listing few remedies to get rid of white hair. 1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.
