Hello, Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can use it every night before go to bed and leave overnight. It is also helps to hair growth.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIWRINKLE CREAM (BAKSON) Apply in circular fashion twice a day 1.Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be OBroad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). OSun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. OWater resistance OPreferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN (BAKSON). 2.Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells…it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. Lutein is also found in topical face products. 8.Fish oil capsules taken on a daily basis can do much for skin elasticity. And, of these ~ the best ones to eat are as follows: •Red Peppers •Oranges •Grapefruits •Strawberries •Broccoli •Carrots •Mango •Apricots •Sweet Potato •Avocados So, if you have lost elasticity due to poor habits or weight loss ~ the above list should give you a guide on how you may improve your skin starting TODAY. ------------These habits can take you down the road to a much happier, youthful skin! We don’t have to give in to mother nature, there are always variables we can manipulate to fight back against what our mothers and grandmothers had to endure ~ loose, sagging skin.

I am 57 yes old have undergone angioplasty in 2012 and taking ecosprin 150; metrostran-25; rozavel-10. Daily . My weight is 95 kg it is not reducing how to reduce it.

My mother 48 year old having diabetes since last 10 years now a days her fasting blood sugar has increased to 395mg/dl and doctor has started insulin like mixtard 34 unit in morning and40 unit in night and insulin like lanteax 24 unit in night. And my question is how to control the diabetes without taking insulin? She will not eat any sweet type food. She is controlling her diet pattern.

Timely and balanced diet is as important as regular medicine intake to control diabetes. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder. Use sufficient amount of ginger, onion, garlic, coriander, lemon, greenchilli, black paper, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, bay leaves, in food iteams. Loose your extra weight this will not only lower your blood but also helps lowering your blood pressure, cholesterol too. Never miss out breakfast. No long gapes and skipping of meals. Chapatis of bran flour (unrefined) is given to diabetes patients and to increase value add gram and soyabean flour to it.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Take small and frequent meals.

Hello. As you told that you are having some discharge from vagina. Labour starts with varied symptoms such as leaking watery per vaginum or pain in back or lower abdomen radiating till genitals. Some times slight spotting or bleeding can also be the onset of labour.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hai sir drink plenty of water wear cotton clothes, this happens when your body doesn't have the fluids it needs to function properly, severe dehydration causes kidney to shutdown, drinking plenty of water is most priority, try to sip small amounts of water, try to drink 1.7 lit of fluid every 24 hrs.

I'm suffering from severe hair fall with a little pain in the scalp. What could be the problem?
Hi. The pain in scalp could be due to tension headache/ fungal infection of scalp/ keeping the hair tightly pulled back. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Hi . This is called as lhermitte's sign or the lhermitte sign. This is caused due to conditions affecting the spinal cord and the medulla in the brain. Sometimes it can be due to a multivitamin deficiency. However you will need a neurological evaluation to rule out various conditions. Do see a neurologist at the earliest.
