Hello your w8 might be more please do not stand much more tym and aply ice pack over knee start doing knee strenghtning exercises you can got from google and do not sit wit cross leg sitting also and after pain relive start walking you can walk in swimming pool as wel.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some centemetres of height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height. 6. You can take 1/2 teaspoon of dhatuposhtik churn of baidyanath daily with milk once a day.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Acne is the result of overactive oil glands at the base of hair follicles. Enlargement of sebaceous glands and an increase in sebum production occur with increased androgen (dhea-s) production. Treatment of acne depend on type of acne (popular, pustulure, nodular, cystic etc). As preventive aspect take a proper sleep, lot of water, green vegetables, low fat diet and fresh fruits.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

There is no short cut to fat loss. You have to eat nutritious foods and exercise well. There are 2 type of fat burners. 1) non stimulating 2) stimulating. Fat burners will only help to increase the metabolism of a person very little. So with fat burners there will be weight loss if you are eating and exercising well. Once you stop them there are chances of you gaining back the fat again. Other side effects of stimulating fat burners are irritability, shivering, breathlessness. It may happen to some and may not happen to some. Completely avoided for hypertensive and thyroid patients.

Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know in a week time how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

I study mbbs 1st year and we have to do hematology practical where we have to prick our own finger. But I feel very tense d, palpitation increase, I feel nauseated during pricking my own finger. Also if anyone try to prick my finger due to reflex action I pull my hand back. But I can prick others finger and can do all the experiments nicely. Sir please suggest what to do at the time of exam. I am very tensed. Also I am very skinny from my childhood and my weight is 40. Initially at the beginning of this year it was 35 but then very slowly 5 kg increased when I started eating banana. Pls suggest what to do.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Asthma is a chronic health problem where wind pipes get obstructed and breathing out becomes difficult. Family history, allergic agents like dust, fumes, chemicals, pollens, change in atmosphere are some of the causes. You may have to be under regular care of your doctor. Metered dose inhaler and rotahalers as relievers and preventers are good , effective and safe. But you may have to use them regularly even if there is no attack. Swimming light exercise, breathing exercise in Yoga may also help.

Certain traits, conditions, or habits may raise your risk for coronary heart disease (chd). These conditions are known as risk factors. Risk factors also increase the chance that existing chd will worsen. Women generally have the same chd risk factors as men. However, some risk factors may affect women differently than men. For example, diabetes raises the risk of chd more in women. Also, some risk factors, such as birth control pills and menopause, only affect women. There are many known chd risk factors. Your risk for chd and heart attack rises with the number of risk factors you have and their severity. Risk factors tend to" gang up" and worsen each other's effects. Having just one risk factor doubles your risk for chd. Having two risk factors increases your risk for chd fourfold. Having three or more risk factors increases your risk for chd more than tenfold. Also, some risk factors, such as smoking and diabetes, put you at greater risk for chd and heart attack than others. More than 75 percent of women aged 40 to 60 have one or more risk factors for chd. Many risk factors start during childhood; some even develop within the first 10 years of life. You can control most risk factors, but some you can't.
