One cannot use herbal shampoo everyday it is bot affordable and also not easily available. So just say me what to use dettol soap or shampp What will prevent my hair from becoming white a soap or shampoo And which is beneficial Abd when to use it at what intervals.

So just say me what to use...
Do not wash with dettol. 1.Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2.Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 4.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 5.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 6.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 7.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 8.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 9.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 10.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 11.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 12.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Blood glucose 260 mg (fasting or PP not mentioned), is very high. This clearly signifies presence of diabetes. Therefore, there is a need for starting the treatment. Because a person in pre-diabetes stage can control it by exercise and diet restriction and prevent it from progressing it to diabetes. However if already confirmed diabetes is present then treatment with drugs is a must. In addition diet control and exercise also are needed. Thanks.

To reduce belly fat it's important to do stretching exercise for that that particular part. Eat small & frequent meals. Drink lots of water. Moreover take amaranth grain as a breakfast cereal to reduce belly fat.

Sir there is nothing like normal quantity for alcohol but still if you r used to it. Atleast try to take it once in a week. And gradually try to reduce the intake. Beer and wine are better options if at all you want to continue. Thankyou.

I have a severe migraine problem and the duration of the pain 15 to 20 days. Though I have consulted a doctor at chennai the doctor gave me six month course of tablet and a pain relief tablet Naxdom 500 in 2014 but recently it is not working .what should I do to which Dr. Should I consult.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.
