Mein gym jati hoon week mein do ya teen din 2 month se. 45 min workout ke bad mein treadmill par bhagne lagi. 2 min bad hi achanak sir mein dard hua, mein ruk gai. Ek din ke bad bhi sir ka dard theek nahi hua. Age 50 yrs.

I'm 22 years old I stay in pg I skip breakfast and lunch I'll have late and dinner I'll have after 10pm and my money goes in vain for other expenses and I can't keep amount to spend on hotels for all 30 days in a month. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.-------------consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes season is approaching in next 2-3 months, mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet.------------

If you cud brief me abt your food habits and lifestyle it would help me to help you wholistically. Meanwhile please increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, milk nuts and dinner preferably have rice or khichdi with milk and honey and khuskhus to give you peaceful sleep.

Hi, You are a Normal guy. Just believe that. Be Strong mentally and physically. Bulk does not matter. Look at all Badminton players and marathon runners of Olympics.. They are all thin yet strong. Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Take sprouts daily. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods, chips etc. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Dear , you are always upset. This could happen due to many reasons. For youngsters like you, the probable reasons are disappointment or stress. Can you elaborate? you must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. These mental disorders are usually treated with a combination of medicines and other means like awareness, meditation, psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve your problem. Foods to Include in Your Diet to Gain Muscle

The obsession over getting the perfect body has gotten into everyone's psyche. Thanks to well equipped gyms and easily available home kits, this obsession is no longer a dream. But the gym trainers and bodybuilders suggest that in order to build muscles, following a healthy diet is also necessary. A healthy diet helps to develop the central muscle mass and burns the extra fat in the body.

Here is a list of foods you should include in your diet which will help you to gain muscle:

  1. Eggs: Eggs are rich in proteins and help in overall development of the muscles, making it a must have inclusion in your dietary regime. Also, the good cholesterol found in the egg yolks helps to prevent atherosclerosis.
  2. Nuts: Nuts such as cashews, almonds or pistachios are a perfect blend of fats, fibres, and proteins. Every ounce of cashew or almonds contains 150-170 of top-class calories. Daily intake in a small amount will help you to get the calories without any significant weight gain.
  3. Lentils: Lentils are useful to develop the central mass of the body. A cup of ready-to-eat lentils has a protein content of 18 grams and an overall content of 40 grams of top grade carbohydrates. A diet consisting of green salad, lentils and brown rice is recommended by gym trainers for the development of body muscles.
  4. Spinach: Spinach contains rich amounts of the amino acid called 'glutamine', which helps in the development of the lean muscles. Besides, a daily intake of spinach might also help to build the overall muscle strength of the body.
  5. Apples: Apples contain certain polyphenols which help to build the muscles and prevent any form of tiredness in the muscles. Also, polyphenols are also useful in burning the extra fat which makes it an essential fruit to have before workouts. If you are not comfortable with apple, you might also try oranges as your pre-workout fruit, which perform more or less the same function as apples.

Note: Besides the above mentioned ones, you can also include oatmeal, yogurt, organic milk, fat free chicken and beans in your dietary routine for muscle development, along with regimented body building schedules.

I am exercising since many years I do gym and swimming workout. I participate in long distance swimming. My diet is very simple. The question I want to ask tat recently since few months I am facing some erection problem. I discussed this with my gym friends they said that take gokshura, ashwagandha and shilajit tablets for boosting testosterone levels. Hi your problem seems to be serious concerning your age. The solution lies in proper diet and some good quality supplements which should consist of whey protein carbohydrate fats if you are a non vegetarian then you can get it from egg, chicken, mutton if vegetarian then you will ne needing good quality whey protein supplements (genuine ones are costly). Take lots of milk and take full cream milk preferably take three proper meals consisting of all seasonal vegetables, lots of fruits and pulses. With all this proper exercise is necessary to remain fit otherwise you will become obese rather then fit. Try this for 3 mnths and then only you will get benefit.

Hello, Height being majorly genetic you need to give little stress to it,give him high protein,calcium,iron diet as they need it more .Give him homecooked meals which is cooked for the rest of the family.Keep vegetable sticks,roasted grams,cereal chivda,nuts as snacking options,include varieties of fresh fruit cuts .soya can be included as cutlet,tikkis,chunks ,milk etc.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight. If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient.------------------ 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day you should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. Along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc.-------------- 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories.
