On monday 3/8/15, I forgot to wear a sunscreen and was in sun for quite long around 5-6 hours. When I returned home, I saw that my skin had become very tan which is making me worry. Actually all the sunscreens work for 3-5 hours only (depending upon exposure to the sun). You will surely get back your original color soon. To be on a safer side, try the below given homoeopathic creams: Whitening cream (Biovalley) apply in circular motion in the morning and at night. Whitening soap (Biovalley) wash face with this face wash before applying Whitening cream. Suncare cream (Bakson) apply 30 minutes before going outside and again reapply after 3-4 hrs after washing with Whitening soap.

Busting Myths Of Female Orgasm

Hordes of men are oblivious to the various ways they can help their companions achieve an orgasm. Many are unaware about the differences in mechanism between male and female orgasm and thus they tend to entertain certain preconceived notions about female sexuality. This adds to the confusion. Moreover, owing to a high amount of misinformation among the general public, certain myths have become prominent facts.

The following are the five common myths about female sexuality:

Myth 1: Sex always ends with orgasm
A common misconception is that the final product of intercourse is always orgasms. This has been proved somewhat otherwise by a study which concluded that only 30% of women are able to achieve orgasm from intercourse alone. Most women require further clitoral stimulation to reach climax.

Myth 2: Law of equals
Contrary to popular stance, not all sex positions are made equal. Some positions such as woman-on-top and doggy style are more likely to lead to orgasms in women, as they are created to provide greater clitoral stimulation.

Myth 3: Multiple orgasms are easy
Women are favored in this respect. They have the ability to achieve multiple orgasm but that doesn't necessarily mean that all women have them and that too effortlessly. Don't let the movies fool you. As even for those who do experience that, it is not a regular occurring.

Myth 4: Protection protects you from having good sex
This is a completely incorrect maxim. That is because safe sex prevents you from worrying about pregnancies and STDs and facilitates greater attention to your partner. In addition, nowadays ribbed condoms are available which provide extra pleasure during intercourse.

Myth 5: Penetration is the key to orgasm in women
A study found that only 25% of its test subjects claimed to achieve orgasm by penetration alone. Even so, this number seems high, as it is likely that those women who achieved orgasm through penetration may have had some form of clitoral stimulation while at it.

Do regular exercise, make sure you have a good protein source in your diet. Go with protein supplements called nutrilite protein powder which helps to increase your muscle strength. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Reasons can be-* sprain, injury, weather changes etc. *sitting in inconvenient posture constantly, without changing your position or without movement, *wearing ill fitting sandals, *lack of exercise or *internal disorder like arthritis. Point to observe- * if you have difficulty in climbing stairs, take lift while going upstairs. If there is no lift, go up slowly. * if it is due to strain of games or injury, take rest. * if it is due to obesity, reduce weight. * if it is due to constant sitting at a particular posture, change posture and engage in slow walk. * walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good. Coconut oil will be soothing in summer. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

You may have pcod problem as you are gaining weight though your dieting. You can undergo investigation firdt like usg (sonography) of pelvis or ovary to detect this. And also go for thyroid test. And then revert back to me with the test results.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

You may have sinusitis frontal or maxillary or it could be error of refraction of vision so get your eye-site checked of for correction of vision if there is any. Do warm saline gargle regularly and have homemade freshly prepared lemon juices which id very rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmunity which prevents infection including viral infection. Have plenty of water by mouth. Go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercise. It will be alright.

Usually frank (bright red) blood in the stool is because of local problem. Either piles or fissure. However, whatever may be the problem, you should avoid getting constipated. Your stools should not be hard and dry (which usually tend to result in fissures or piles). Take plenty of roughage in the form of green leafy vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains and nuts. A high-fiber diet may help you maintain proper bowels and will not make you constipated. You can use homoeopathic aesculus ointment available in market (of baksons or schwabe or sbl company) which comes with an applicator and apply twice a day after stool or otherwise. Apply for 5 days and get back here.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Dear lybrate user, the size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) height of the person:- every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) testosterone hormone:- less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) sexual diseases:- patients suffering from erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) fatty tummy:- with every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2cm. This fatty layer of abdomen conceals 2cm of the length of penis by surrounding it. The minimum size of an erected penis required for intercourse is 3 inches. A penis is composed of three highly vascular muscles. The plan of action behind increasing the size of penis is to increase the amount of blood flow to those vascular muscles of penis. There is no specific medicine to increase the size of penis. To increase the size of your penis you can try the vacuum operated penis developer set available in market.
